Goated reactions. Man Naruto had elite pacing with its transformations, plot twists, setups and fight endings. Did you know Kakashi mentioned Obito in like episode 3/4 of OG Naruto? Kishimoto is goated. Come on Deniz admit it, Naruto is the better dumbass compared to Luffy 😂

Oh lord I didnt know that you posted this video, so here's that long thing I wanted to say When Sasuke was younger, he always trusted what the village told him about how his brother was a mass murderer, he trusted what Itachi said about the only way to get stronger was to cut all bonds and kill his best friend was the only way he could avenge his clan, etc. Back then as child, he trusted everyone's words. Then when he goes to fight and kill Itachi, after years of this mentality about revenge, loneliness, and darkness, while still forming as a child, he finds out that Itachi and the villages' words were all lies, he kinda loses sight of how to trust anything. When Madara/Obito was talking to him and telling him the truth of Itachi, he realizes everything told to him was a lie, and that the actions that Itachi took versus the words Itachi said were completely opposite, he started to only trust people by their actions and ignored what they say. When he thinks about what Itachi during their fight while talking to Madara, "Each of us lives, dependent and bound by our individual knowledge and our awareness... All that, is what we call reality... However, both knowledge and awareness are equivocal.. Ones reality might be another's illusion, we all live inside our own fantasy's.", That's when I think his mindset changed from trusting the words of anyone, to trusting the actions of someone. When Kakashi and him fight after Sasuke kills Danzo, he says the line about how he imagines the entire village is laughing, ignorant of the pain Itachi was put through, and he takes their actions as a sign of not caring about his clan and what they were put through, and he spirals. To me, that's the first big sign of the actions > words mentality took root. But to me, the stumble he has is when him and Naruto hit each other with the Rasengan and Chidori combo, after Sasuke fights Danzo and Kakashi and loses a lot of his sight, and they had the whole ass conversation in that astral plane about when two high level shinobi clash, they can read each others hearts, it was probably the only time, to Sasuke, when someone's actions equaled words. He sees that what Naruto has been doing and his words matches, and that Naruto understands why Sasuke's been going on a rampage for his brother because at that point Naruto also knows the truth of Itachi. "Save your hatred. Then you can throw all of it right at me. I'm the only one who can handle all that hate!.... I'm the only one who can fulfill that duty; so I'll bear the burden of your hatred, and I'll die with you!" Then later on, he sees what his reanimated brother did for Kabuto, and he talks to the Hokages about what is a village, what is a history of a village, and what is a shinobi, he learns the only reason why that young Madara and young Hashirama failed was because Madara could not see what was in Hashirama's heart and trust what was in it even though Hashirama words and actions matched everytime. Madara says the only way a village/ truce succeeds between the Senju and Uchiha was to only find out what is in their hearts, that is the only way to truly trust someone, and obviously, there is no way to find out or prove what is in someone's heart. The only heart that Sasuke can trust his own. So I guess this is when he says fuck it, he's not going to make the same mistakes again, in his eyes, and he won't trust anyone's words or actions, he's going to delete the past and start anew, and he will only trust himself because he can only see what's in his own heart. He will become that Shadow 'leader' and keep extending his own life like Orochimaru and Madara, and be basically a self made immortal judge god to oversee the shinobi world. Then in the aftermath of fight between him and Naruto, he finally sees the memories, and feels the feelings that Naruto had in him through out his life, the same way the Allied Shinobi force felt Naruto's feelings through his chakra, and he sees how hard and long Naruto fought for him, he finally realizes that Naruto's heart, his actions, and his words had zero deception and he finally accepts his fate and gives up on his old mentality and self. The only other time he felt someone's heart was when Itachi died again after Itachi cancels the reanimation jutsu, and Itachi shows Sasuke his own memories in his final goodbye with his late brother, and I kinda think that's cute cause Sasuke felt his biological brothers heart, and his chosen brother's Naruto's heart, and those two moments really changed Sasukes trajectory significantly each time, the first time, he decided to not destroy the Leaf village with Itachi's memories, and the second time, he become's the Leaf's 'protector' with Naruto.

Its true, i watched it as a kid and understood the bare minimum. I later understood way more watching as an adult. However, watching naruto as a kid definitely shaped me to be the person i am today. Thats the amount of emotional impact this show had on me
