You can’t give someone an attribute. Think of mana as like chakra from Naruto. Everyone channels chakra to use jutsu, just like how everyone in BC channels mana to use their magic power. You can’t use a different attribute than the one you’re born with unless exceptional circumstances (like Mars who was experimented on by the Diamond kingdom). Mana is also like chakra in the way that everyone has it, but it is a limited amount. Your body makes more as time goes on, certain families notoriously have more, etc. You can run out of mana from using too much of your magic power, just like you can run out of chakra from using too many jutsu. It’s the same principle

Mrs Masha, according to your logic then in avatar only Zuko can fight Katara and is unable to fight Aang and Toph or even any other firebender LOL

LMAOOOOO I just cant let this one slide it was hurting my brain

Silverskar (Movies are FUN)

So, let’s start with Sally, Sally is the crazy chick with the gel salamander. Second, in all anime you can get hurt by your own attacks. Remember how Naruto got hurt by his own rasenshuriken that Tsunade had to ban him from using until he got sage mode? And not being hurt by the same magic atribute you have doesn’t make sense. Danzo has wind nature just like Naruto, if Danzo would to attack Naruto with wind, by that logic then Naruto wouldn’t get hurt and is wrong. Now about the magic the old nun and the kids gave Gauche, they didn’t give them their atribute magic but magic power, like think of Gauche’s magic power as a bottle of water, it was close to empty but the others just gave a little water so he had a bit more now and was able to use that mirror reflection. Also if you use all the magic power then you die, like when Kakashi used his magenkyo to save chioji from that racket Pain shoot.
