Yessir this is the 2011 remake by Madhouse Studio. Same studio that made Death Note. There is also a 1999 original anime that adapts about half of where the 2011 got to. Actually there's a lot of fans who would recommend you guys watch the first episode of the 1999 at some point soon, it's got some content cut from the 2011 episode 1 and it's cool to see 1999 animation. Both anime don't adapt the full manga and are still unfinished, because the manga has Gon on extended hiatus multiple times.

Guys, Hunter x Hunter only has one opening unfortunately, it’s the only anime with this many episodes to have just a single opening. Also, the anime really takes its time to build the world before actually explaining how the power system works

It's going to be so funny seeing Masha lost at times.

The one thing this show has on others is that it’s the most realistic shounen. Nobody is safe in this show. Power of friendship? Bro you better run for your life, nobody coming to save you. 😂

Abinamikaze

You'll love the power system. Its much simple compared to haki/devil fruits.

Can’t believe we’re finally here! i actually prefer the older version. yeah, it had lesser animations, but it was darker. and it’s probably a good thing you guys are starting this now. I remember when you were still new and struggling with some of the basic stuff in JJK, but now the power system and stuff should be a piece of cake for you.

Hxh would have been the chosen one if the author hadn't been ill , also Congratulations on the birth of your two new children

The best thing about the narrator as the seasons go along, he goes from telling a great bed time story, to gathering the tribe around a campfire for some ancient folklore lol, his pen starts going crazy as the seasons progress.

The narrator is the true goat
