boruto is obviously cannon and kishimoto is involved with boruto, idk who said he isn't (someone's feeding false information). Studio's obviously have the power, you can't just ignore a contract. It's similar to how t.v shows often have fallouts with the platform they put the shows on, but they have to abide by the contract.

A blonde kid with facial whiskers who can do the rasengan and says Dattebasa shows up and his name is Boruto. I’m not exactly shocked Jiraiya came to that conclusion 😂😂

The funny part is boruto brings stuido pierrot more revenue than bleach, black clover and naruto.

One thing I don’t like about Boruto is that it relies too heavily on the characters from Naruto, and the story often focuses on them instead. The first 15 episodes were boring because we were getting to know Boruto without Naruto; in fact, the filler episodes are all like that—just adventures with his classmates. In the canon manga chapters, the other characters feel like ghosts—only Mitsuki and Sarada are even remotely interesting. Luckily, later on, the authors found a way to shift the focus away from the original Naruto characters and give the new generation space to shine.

IK it brings more than bleach and black cover idk about Naruto, I thought it was the studios highest paying show.

Abinamikaze

Historically it's naruto, but currently its over. So, boruto is slightly higher ig. Naruto definitely brings in more money overall

Masashi left in 2020. Naruto belong to Shonen Jump magazine. Now they're crawling to him and begging him to continue Naruto. They look pathetic now.

4:38 because the license is so big they almost get forced to keep feeding the machine with content, same thing happened with Dragon Ball, Toriyama finished it, wanted to move on but the franchise just kept going. Kishimoto contributed to Boruto so it’s still canon, even if his involvement is different from Naruto
