Update 0.5.2 News (Patreon)

I haven't posted an update in a while.

Work on update 0.5.2 is still underway and should be completed in about ten days or so.

Taking my time and not rushing is my game design vision, I understand it has taken a while since the last update but it is worth.

Once the development is complete : This will be followed by a period of testing on a substantial amount of content. I should be able to deliver releases dates at that time.

I hope higher tiers (Seekers, Core Souls) will put their hands on the update in late may.In any case, everybody should be able to play it in june.

Here are the main highlights:

A full-scale infiltration mission lasting several hours in the Red District (I think at least 3 hours)

New characters: Bellinda, Leon Marcio, Yannick

She's Bellinda, a dancer at the Blue Hoyster Club where Aline and Charlotte wil do their undercover mission

New pentagrams, including one linked to the Core

Repeatable H-Scenes with rising stages (more scenes, dialogs as you progress)

The themes central to the game will be present: corruption, perversion, plot twists, and the consequences of choices based on skills and traits.

Also starring Charlotte with her own "gameplay" in the Red District for a little while !

Charlotte will be playable a bit with actions and choices in the Red District

A strong focus on immersion through polished dialogue and cohesive sound design

The main strength of this update is the progression of a complete storyline without any cut or "next update" message. When you see a mission in your datapad, consider you can complete it (It may have several stages I,II III...)

The decision not to cut it short midway justifies this nearly two-month extension of development; you’ll have a complete experience that truly opens up the Red District.

I was really excited during the whole process even if real life has been a bit harsh (illness, anxiety, irl shits...). I always try to keep the spirit of the game without burning myself.To be honest, this update should be neat and big.
