I would like to give you an update on the two projects Cyberslayers and Chronicles of Leridia

To summarize: The Cyberslayers roadmap continues at a good pace as does Leridia. I'm not having any particular difficulties but I'm taking my time with each content I add because I value a good experience.

I try to learn from the feedback on Cyberslayers and your ideas, suggestions are taken into account.

I am moving forward steadily as usual.

CYBERSLAYERS

Important Foreword: I decided to start a game over as a player in Cyberslayers and spend a few days on it before I could really pick up the content.

I think it's important to get back to the basics: playing and feeling what works and what doesn't.

So I was able to make some corrections, change some descriptions, add some icons on playgrounds for a better game experience. I hope you'll notice and like it.

New scene with the "Noodle Guy"

The contents of the dark alley:

I started the actual content itself recently taking into account criticisms to avoid too much redundancy in some scenes. Cyberslayers kinks are pretty accurate but they can have nuances.

The Noodle Guy

So far, I'm pretty happy with the first results for the Noodle Guy event.

The poses and animations are done (139 images and 28 animations).

I've started writing. This event will follow the logic of the Dark Alley with events in brown dress and in more lascivious blue dress. Traits and skills will be used (with a new skill called Deep Mind).

As usual, the realization became more detailed than expected but so far the rendering is interesting;

Note that I have devoted part of my work to the study of new animations by a plugin called Timeline which opens on other very interesting poses.

The Noodle Guy event is scheduled to be closed this coming week. It is a side event - albeit a very detailed one - that does not expect a progressive route, however it will be repeatable.

The Rising Star Studio

This event will be started in the next few days, the map has already been designed and the overall plot. I think I'll spend three weeks on the realization of this event revolving around the theme of Aline posing for a certain "Rising Star" Company with naughty pictures; this will go into more detail, deeper than the Noodle Guy which remains a side event.

The content with Kassiah / Aline

Dialogs are being reworked a bit

This will be an important part of 0.4.1, I think the main one.

Overall, I want to bring Kassiah and Aline back to the forefront as Slayers but also as Freak hunters.

I think their relationship and the main story needs to evolve alongside the many side events that have happened recently.

This work will clearly require the summer season to unfold. I'm looking at a new super mutant and a new type of monster, that requires a lot of upfront thinking, writing and "modeling" before the realization.

This content should also keep your interest in the project, with storylines evolving around the CORE and other important characters.

The limits of the project

I am well aware of the flaws of this project and its strengths that I can summarize in one sentence: it is ambitious

This translates into a game that has become large in size and will continue to do so. As I add events, scenes and poses, the game grows. Unfortunately, it can't be optimized beyond a certain threshold that would lower the quality. I hope you understand.

There are a lot of characters and events thrown in, several routes and plots. I am aware of this and keep track of it all now through Trello and a branching scenario software, a lot of time is spent tracking events. On this, I'm a bit more professional than before.

The proposed content is doable and I am careful not to add too much as I go along. There is plenty to do.

This ambition also has its advantages: the game is still young, it has a lot to offer. I would say that we are at about 40% of the project. I don't count the polishing but only the raw content to bring.

To conclude on Cyberslayers: the project is doing well, it is developing according to your feedback (redundant dialogues, too simlilar kinks) with more nuances from my experience. The game has its own character, its own atmosphere, its own lore and I still have some nice suggestions for you.

CHRONICLES OF LERIDIA

It's always tricky to talk about Leridia, my passion project that I started in 2016. I'm the first to admit that it's been too long since the game was last updated. However, it's a project that I keep coming back to little by little, and I hope to see it completed by the end of this year.

I don't talk much about this remaster, but a lot has been done since then. As of now, I'm working on the Kamelia forest, which means that all the content from the village, through the deep forest, the temple of light, and Basin is done.

This content is rich with small details and significant events: Pentagrams, small dungeons, new NPCs. Many things have been added, and more will be added in the future to create a game that's both enjoyable for newcomers and refreshing for veterans.

Here's an idea of what's been added:

New scenes with the Mayor of Masa Village

A small cave with an erotic surprise in the deep forest

New pentagrams in each zone (Masturbation, dynamic events, H-scenes)

New NPCs such as a researcher in the Cursed Tomb (for replayability of the dungeon) or a scientist operating a robot in a new dungeon north of Basin

New outfit for the goddess integrated into wrestling and beach swimsuits

New music and sound effects

Revised dialogues for improved immersion

And much more...

I work on it sparingly and slowly but consistently, even if I don't talk about it much. I'm aiming to have a test version ready by December. I know it's a long wait, but I prefer to be honest with you.

That's what I can share for now... some things may slip through, but overall my motivation is still strong. Sometimes I have doubts, sometimes difficulties, some days I need to take a breath of fresh air but I always come back because I love my games and I try to find a balance to stay consistently productive (pretending to work hard usually doesn't get you far). Your monthly support, even without content, is never taken for granted, and I appreciate it.

I hope to bring you a really cool version of Cyberslayers in a few months. I'm aiming for September now. As you know, it takes time, but in return, you'll get quality work and substantial content.

One last word, I know a vast majority of my patrons stay silent. Please, if you don't mind, leave a like to show you're here and reading. I'm sure you do but sometimes it's hard to guess.

I'm updating news almost daily about my projects in the #wip channels.

Well,no regrets becoming a patron Would be cool if there will be more to THE CORE, I mean even though it is the villain, it is too cool not to have try to convice Aline to join or just hack her and manipulate her like CyberCorp does. Have THE CORE get Aline to be a sleeper agent. Game is getting better and better regardless.
