Fertile Womb Industries is best-known as the pharmaceutical giant behind leading consumer-grade fertility products such as FertiliMax, Unconceivable & Abortalite. However, for those really in the know, it's the company's revolutionary, long anticipated Fertility Enhancement Serum product that has investors, military & government alike hyped. Despite the countless development delays & setbacks preventing a public launch, controlled demonstrations have proved very promising & rumors of even more astonishing accomplishments behind closed doors are rife across the industry that they dominate domestically.

Rivals & skeptics claim the primary source of F.W.I.'s unprecedented success lies with its founder & CEO, Felicity Titania's, decades of relentless lobbying & political donations which now see the Westerican government firmly in their pocket. Claims that are publicly disputed, while in the background the company also heads a private, militarized enforcement agency with full jurisdiction over nationwide F.E.S.-related cases & negligible federal oversight. An agency in major demand of late, as F.E.S. testing ramps up ahead of the public release & more enhanced trial subjects than ever are filtering back into the general populace & reproducing at promisingly accelerated rates.

Most citizens remain blissfully unaware to the dawn of this new era, as the testing remains mostly localized to controlled population centers or private programs, but the news of humanity's precipitated evolution cannot be contained for much longer. And in the meantime, there are still far too many anomalies with F.E.S. that its creators need to resolve before widespread adoption.

What happens when something goes awry & the "wrong" sorts of genetic mutations present themselves in test subjects that could damage the company's image? When a unique specimen presents themselves who could be of "use" to solving the issues plaguing F.W.I.'s greatest minds? Who do you send to bring in any "abominations" with enhanced strength & voracious sexual appetites that manage to slip containment?

You send an F.W.I. Recovery Agent of the appropriate persuasion to handle the situation, obtain the necessary data & samples, before recovering the rogue subjects for their own well-being, & the safety of the broader community at large.

And from The Sacrosanctum, the F.W.I. Recovery Agency's newest command facility, a special collaboration with the Westerican Military is currently underway to bolster the Agency's ranks & keep up with ever rising case numbers. But more importantly, to utilize the skill sets of top Special Forces operatives to take on F.E.S. related incidents deemed too challenging for the average F.R.A. agent...

The Sacrosanctum base will be the primary hub location during the events of "Terminal Recovery" - the current working name for this Ali prequel experience in which Ali & her squad are reassigned to the F.R.A.

Pandora Rain - Age: 36, D.O.B. May 12th. F.R.A. Callsign: 'Recov-0'

A top F.R.A. Agent, with more than 400 successful missions & over 60 confirmed births.

As arguably the most successful F.E.S. enhanced female combatant on F.W.I.'s payroll, Pandora Rain has been tasked with overseeing the recently established joint initiative between the F.R.A. & the Free States Military at The Sacrosanctum base, which seeks to deploy Westerican Special Forces operatives as Recovery Agents. While fiercely loyal to the company & it's goals, Pandora has her doubts as to whether the particular operatives she's been assigned to handle are truly up to the task, and her high expectations.

Effortlessly promoting the aura of a flawless operative, Pandora is emotionally ice cold with little sense of humor. She has no patience or respect for those who talk big, but fail to follow in her footsteps. As skilled with a blade as she is accurate with a firearm, Pandora could dispatch most without either given her equally effective body which is beyond a doubt immune to the zombie virus. She takes everything seriously & has zero tolerance for mission failure.

But perhaps this enigma's greatest attribute is her uncanny ability to identify unique, virile male specimens that could further the company's goals...

During the events of "Terminal Recovery", Pandora(body proportions pictured above are already at Base Stage 2, meaning only her belly will grow with pregnancy, not the rest of her body - unlike most other girls who have yet to experience the changes that come with birthing an enhanced pregnancy) will serve as Ali's agency handler, emergency backup & rival of sorts.

Though for now, her only presence in the demo (will be available from the Terminal Desires pause menu from the next build - more details to follow) comes in the form of operational communications, as she will be Ali's main point of contact while on mission.

Which leads us into the next most prominent voice in our heroine's ear:

Lieutenant Deon Carr - Age: 28, D.O.B. July 13th. F.R.A. Callsign: 'Vector 6-9'

A promising military pilot who became physically disabled during a combat operation when his aircraft was shot out of the sky. Deon became one of the few successes of an experimental F.W.I. trial using F.E.S. to restore damaged tissue & nerves around patients' spines. The only side effects were some light scarring on his lower back & a benign change to his eye color, but compared to some of the failures, he's not one to complain.

Indebted to the company for giving him his life back, Deon had zero qualms about being re-assigned to their clandestine Recovery Agency where he now ferries top agents to & from their classified missions.

He has a thing for badass babes who get shit done, but then who doesn't?

During the events of "Terminal Recovery" Deon serves as Ali’s local air-support, piloting the chopper that transports her to & from her repeatable, randomly assembled missions.

Apologies for the atrocious wait for this blog post. If it's any consolation, it's far from the only thing I've been working on for the past two weeks. :')

For anyone who cares to read my excuses, I originally went in just needing to put together Pandora's outfit with a pretty strong sense of what I wanted to achieve. But a combination of choice-paralysis on specific pieces, longer than expected render times, ultimately deciding that I wanted her design to feature the iconography of F.W.I. (which I needed to finally design from scratch with a bit of thought behind it), and then needing to write/finalize a lot more lore than I thought as I realized that the Bios for the characters themselves would be insufficient to explain the broader context of who these two are, given I've yet to share much of anything about this additional game mode I've been messing around with - primarily on weekends or after work as the main game remains my focus - which is why it kept taking longer than I thought to find the time to put this together.

Thank you for the patience & support. More soon.

~ Jim
