Saw the trailer on YouTube earlier and was looking forward to this. Thank you Shawn & the team - you have been pumping out some brilliant content recently.

Ryan Swain

Heck yeah! Been waiting for this interview. I've watched both of you for years now. Always impressed. Thanks for all you do👊

Barb Dwyer

All you need is God.

Is it possible that all of these vet suicides aren’t suicides and someone (maybe even the agency) is picking off our vets?? I know there are vet suicides and it’s a big thing, and especially with the things we are seeing with our government. It is just so many that it’s either a crisis or nefarious. Either way, this needs shouted from the rooftops by every American patriot until we all get to the bottom of it and either find help OR stop the ones doing it.

Jerry Parker

Once into depression it's hard to climb out of that hole. The thought of hopelessness un imanageable to those who ever never been depressed

Melissa King

This dude needs Jesus. The past life stuff: look, when you go into these drugs, they open you up into the spiritual world - the spiritual world is good and evil. If you aren’t praying and close to God, you will go to the evil side. You need Jesus. I’m not saying it can’t heal, but you need to know that. This dude needs to actually go and study his Bible; otherwise, He will be lost forever.

Eric Franks

I feel you on the suicide thing I’ve lost over 9 to it and I hope there’s not but there’s probably more I’ve lost contact with and sadly most of them had families.

Kelly Surma

Shawn you may like the book- Many Masters, many lives. It’s by Brian L. Weiss He was a well known psychologist and respected hypnotist. He was working with a woman who had a lot of phobias and in between states under hypnosis she began talking about other lives and at one point even spoke about a lost child Brian had never spoken to anyone but his wife about.

Timothy Ingles

Yall need to read world cults and religions

I've always been curious about it, but I haven't tried it.

Read Roman's 8 and Galatians. Works doesn't get you there no matter how good you get at the practices. The practices and rituals are pointers my friend. You can't rationalize it. We're too smart for our own good sometimes.

Robert Diggins

Giant info download and intense conversation. The moment was good. Thanks guys! 👍

Tom

Powerful

Blake

Holy shiz, I looked up everything as he spoke on it and found exactly what he was saying and talked about to be true 🤯. Learned a lot. Americans should be taught more about Liberia’s history. Maybe more would be done to help that country. Amazing story. Great podcast!!

Powerful and insightful interview. I experienced the spectrum of emotions. Travis in discussing his research and experiences with off gassing and healing warriors brought to light historically how others have helped their warriors not after 20+ years but as they battled. If the narrative of mental health changes in the government and the warriors are given actual care during service I think many would not only survive afterwards but would probably excel during battle. I know how the military is but change can happen. Everyone needs to band together to help fight for these changes.

Jack Sheehan

Such a amazing story what a man!!

Chris Ledesma

I've been following Travis since the old Magpul days and it was awesome to see him on here and actually really get to hear his story. This was a good one.

Tracy Emms

i8ittoo

I've always wondered if he and costa really got along. Or what?

Lydia

Sooo.. There will always be uncertainty in life, always more to investigate and learn. Having Christ in your life doesn't exlude that, nor does it mean you have it all figured out etc. What it means is that YOU autonomously decide to rest upon the fact that He is Lord, made all the things, including awes of nature and life and the wonders that we witness all day everyday. What it means is that through times of uncertainty, there is a place for any worry or anxiety, any fear, an freedom to remain curious and steadfast in your heart, mind, soul, and spirit. A man who cannot make any decisions spiritually allows his earthly success to be constantly at risk due to his own internal unrest. You can be curious and be peaceful, investigating , learning and resolute in your convictions and faith.

Mike Medic

Love the interview brother. Got to shake hands with Travis last time I went to ShotShow. A great American. He's made a lot of contributions to the culture. He's always been open and humble letting others know it's okay to be human. A great moment for the two of you.

Jason

Awesome interview, took a lot of courage to put that out there. I’m sure it’s impacted many people, myself included. Thanks

I fu-king love this place. 💪🇺🇸 4hrs 👍 PS , that was a fantastic episode. I heard every inch of his jail story, exactly same sit, jail got my navy contract revoked, then just fought 4 the wrong side after it. 😞. 👑🙏👑

Zac

ReBecca G-W

I wonder if memories of past lives is about our ancestors memories echoing in our DNA.

Sean McArdle

I’ve been watching since the beginning, and seeing more people that I followed before appearing on the show clinched me subscribing on Patreon. Keep blurring the lines, Sir. 🫡

Matt

The cannibalism reminds me of Mike Hoare's stories from the simba rebellion in the Congo back in the 60s. The rebels had a lot of ritual torture methods and would typically eat the hearts and livers of their victims because they believed it gave them special powers. Highly recommend Congo Mercenary as a book. Mike Hoare even narrated the audiobooks himself.

Shea Gilbert

It takes special person to go to the places like that and bring back something positive like the kids or women dancing. Great interview!

The Swimbait Grind

Haven’t cried watching one of these since dj Shipleys until this episode came out. Travis put it all out there with a lot of lessons to go with it. Learned a lot here

Brian Quillen

Is it possible that Satan hates that evil was fought by our veterans and attacks them mentally. I pray they find a way past the pain with faith.

Check Cash Chris

Man that was rough at the end. Dude you have no idea how much your helping people.

Shawn I think mentioning Travis' talk about off gassing for veterans might be something Sec Def Hegseth might find very useful for our war fighters

Teena

I have signed up for the newsletter a dozen times and have received zero

The Swimbait Grind

I’ve watched almost every operator interview Shawn’s done & Travis Haley is the realist and most valuable asset this countries ever had, the man is a real hero regardless of how he sees himself. I don’t think I’ve ever cried that hard watching a grown man tell a story ever. I could feel his pain thru empathy. We need more people with his kinda mindset, compassion and love he has for his country, his team and people in general

Proton

That was a very inspiring and heavy interview.
