Hmm I heard him mention militia in a negative way and then say that the combined total of police and military is not adequate for dealing with a terror attack on the homeland, maybe guys like him need to train people to be modern day minutemen. Well regulated means disciplined and trained to respond to a threat in their community. At least they might disrupt the terrorist group long enough for the professionals to do their thing. Unprepared is not the way to be effective against organized cells.
