Jared Hudson served as a SEAL Operator and sniper with Naval Special Warfare, with deployments in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He founded The Shooting Institute (TSI), providing tactical training to law enforcement, military, and civilians, and Covenant Rescue Group (CRG), a nonprofit combating human trafficking and child exploitation through operations, training, and advocacy. Hudson is also a Reserve SWAT Deputy in Alabama and an advocate for constitutional rights.

Do you think Jesus was not wanting to be away from God? He had always been with God but he knew he would be separated from God in order to sacrifice himself. I often think is this why he prayed in the garden and sweated blood?

Our Fallen Condition As descendants of Adam &Eve, we inherit a fallen condition during mortality. We are separated from the presence of the Lord and subject to physical death. We are also placed in a state of opposition, in which we are tested by the difficulties of life and the temptations of the adversary. In this fallen condition, we have a conflict within us. We are spirit children of God, with the potential to be “partakers of the divine nature.” However, “we are unworthy before [God]; because of the fall our natures have become evil continually.” We need to strive continually to overcome unrighteous passions and desires.

And all things which were created must have remained in the same state in which they were after they were created; &they must have remained forever, & had no end. “And [Adam and Eve] would have had no children; wherefore they would have remained in a state of innocence, having no joy, for they knew no misery; doing no good, for they knew no sin. “But behold, all things have been done in the wisdom of him who knoweth all things. “Adam fell that men might be; &men are, that they might have joy. “And the Messiah cometh in the fulness of time, that he may redeem the children of men from the fall.” Adam & Eve expressed their gratitude for the blessings that came as a result of the Fall: “Adam blessed God & was filled, & began to prophesy concerning all the families of the earth, saying: Blessed be the name of God, for because of my transgression my eyes are opened, & in this life I shall have joy, &again in the flesh I shall see God. “And Eve, his wife, heard all these things &was glad, saying: Were it not for our transgression we never should have had seed, &never should have known good &evil, &the joy of our redemption, &the eternal life which God giveth unto all the obedient.”

Hey SRS. If you want to, also check out FTND.org (fight the new drug) .They are a secular group of twenty somethings that started an anti p*rn movement. They have done a lot of interviews with those who escaped the industry and the testimony is that 90% of those in the industry are under the influence of drugs as well when they're doing these things. Just for another perspective. Very rarely will a person enter into these realms unless they've had past trauma, or are in financial dire straights etc. I always say if you made office work or retail pay as much as the p*rn industry, hands down people would not choose to be involved in the industry. We have to abolish the lucrativeness and business side of this for the health of our nation and all people. That is my opinion.

Another great interview from SRS. I have been waiting on this one to come out because I knew of Jared when he ran for Sheriff in Jefferson County which is the same county I live in but I did not know he was such a Godly man nor did I know of Covenant Rescue. I had heard he was a good guy and I saw a couple of videos that were out during election season but WOW, there is so much more to him than I knew. He would have really turned this county around had he been elected. Maybe he can give it a run again and spend some more time really educating the public of his organization and what he is doing for the public now. I see another Grady Judd of Polk County Florida in Jared. Last week the Blount County Sheriff’s Office whom Jared spoke of ran one of their stings and they arrested 6 individuals. But get this, one of the low life’s they arrested was a bus driver and a Coach for one of the local schools. This POS had access to children all day, everyday and there is no telling what he has done. Blount County is not a highly populated county. It’s just a country county that you would never dream that something like this could happen. I am sure Jared and his team was part of this and after seeing this episode it makes me proud to know we have such a Warrior defending our children in our area! Thank you SRS and thank you Covenant Rescue!

What a humble and great guy! I'm halfway through and just heard the part where you both started questioning the perverse incentives of war. Shawn said we needed to be in Afghanistan, "obviously, because of 9/11”. I just want to say that nothing is obvious about 9/11, because we were lied to and the Commission was a farce. We need a criminal investigation into the crimes of 9/11 and the coverup of foreknowledge, profiteering (stock shorts), and the allowance of the hijackers to enter the USA, by the CIA, who lied about contacting the FBI, since they knew the two hijackers that went to San Diego were wanted for the Cole bombing. There is no speculation in what I've said, and there's probably a lot more to it. They didn't want any investigation, and when they set up the Commission, they put Henry Kissinger in charge of it. There was a meeting with the Jersey Girls, who were the ones who pressured the W Admin in the press enough just to get an investigation, and one of them simply asked Kissinger if he had any clients named bin Laden (he did - see the Carlyle Group). He didn't answer, but was removed from the Commission. Then the put in Zelikow, who was literally an academic expert in myth making. Also, early on, Max Cleland resigned from the Commission, saying it lacked integrity. Additionally, two FBI from the DC translation unit testified behind closed doors about reporting hearing that OBL was planning to strike major American cities using passenger jets, in THE SPRING of 2001 (not just July as some people note about W being advised directly. Their testimony was omitted completely from the final Report. I know one of them personally. None of this is speculation about remote controlled planes or building demolition. But, it's important that we consider the amount of muddy speculation that was inserted into the press as strawman arguments to help everyone call people conspiracy theorists, because they know that's worked since the Warren Commission, investigating JFK's murder. In fact, there's declassified CIA documents exposing the use of this term as a derogatory insult, for the press to use about anything that wasn't a lone nut (Oswald). There was a paper, signed by a lot of the neocons that were involved in Iran Contra, produced by the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), just a year before 9/11. It's called "Rebuilding America's Defenses", and it calls for a program of major military buildup and hegemony, so that the USA would be an untouchable giant superpower. (You can see that Trump rejected this strategy, when he said we live in a multipolar world and we need to get along with other countries, just recently, about Ukraine, Russia, and China, FYI.) The PNAC document said that this buildup would face resistance from the public and would be a slow process, unless there was a catalyzing event, like "A New Pearl Harbor", which is exactly what the MSM was repeatedly saying after 9/11. That's what led the public perception away from our criminal justice system and toward war. Them we were obviously lied into the Iraq War in 2003. So, we have a pattern of behavior, before and after 9/11, with the precedent of prosecution of some of the cabal inside the government for trafficking in arms with iran, training death squads at the School of the Americas (inside the USA), and trafficking drugs, to support Contra rebels in a war in Nicaragua (because we didn't like the results of their election). Support for that war was already explicitly forbidden by Congress. They. Don't. Care. What. We. Think. Our standard for finding the truth about crimes is our criminal justice system, and it has never been applied to the events of 9/11 or related to it. (Remember those flights to get the bin ladens out of the USA, while all other flights were grounded and the MSM was telling us OBL was responsible for 9/11?) Let's see if the Trump administration releases 9/11 documents, as Trump said they would. Maybe then we can push for a criminal investigation, because God knows we need one. Thanks for your consideration. I'm sorry if that's hard to hear. 🙏

Being a son, and a friend of many who have fought in wars. I can’t help but wonder seeing soldiers of war (friends included) struggling with ptsd, drug, and alcohol abuse. I wondered how a person who leaned close into Christ knowing it was their calling would handle the dunnage of war. My dad fought in Vietnam in 69 & 70 I was born in 73 and the best way to put it is our family lived through carnage of the Vietnam war for years. My dad then got saved in 2003, and seeing what Christ did in his life, and the healing that his relationship with Christ brought to his life is phenomenal! He’s a totally different man! One can read in the Old Testament about hand to hand combat along with swords, spears, bow and arrows. We can read about so many great warriors just to name a few there’s Joshua, Caleb, Joab, Abishai, Eleazar, Shammah, Benaiah, Jonathan, and King David. King David whom we can look into the warriors heart for he wrote the Psalms. Shawn I believe this interview with Jared is one of your best! Jared really illuminated a warrior’s calling, and a warrior’s close walk with Christ. He did an amazing job proclaiming Christ, and sharing where his strength comes from when dealing with war! And to see that Christ is still calling this warrior into the darkness to fighting the good fight! Keep up the good fight Shawn!

2:34:45 Shawn where you talk about being scammed, I agree we've all been there, but I feel like if we're getting that tugging feeling to give someone our money or time it's from God. He's using us to be the blessing for them because maybe he's going to use them as another blessing for someone else. Honestly, it's kind of like what we're doing here, everyone of these patreon members no matter their tier are being a blessing to others through you. How many people have heard about the impacts of God & Jesus Christ because of your interviews?
