As a young child I wanted to "break the cycle" but I did it in a very destructive way. The men in my family aren't worthy of imitation. They range from beating women, drunks, and perverts. In my mind to break the cycle was to kill my blood line by severing my reproductive organs to cease the existence of such men. Now post transformation in Christ and free from addiction I realize I took a wrong turn. I'm much older now and a lot of time has passed plus my spouse doesn't want kids. I've been in a deep depression lately because of my choice to sever my legacy. This is the antithesis of biblical teachings. To break the cycle is to be the first link in the chain of change. I try to pour into young men to keep them from making the same mistakes. I'll never know what it's like to hold my child. Adoption is possible but my wife doesn't want children. This experience fuels my quest for mental health and rasing awareness to how clouded minds can make poor choices. If you're the praying type I could use some.

To perhaps answer Shawn's question (somewhere around the 1 hour mark), choosing to be temporarily scrunched up in an enclosed space, like a cupboard when Brett was younger or a closet when Brett was older, is reminiscent of being balled up in the womb. It can calm the nervous system.

Perhaps the fear of the psychedelics is a good reason not to do them. The fact that you use them with fear may be very dangerous. Your intent be clear in your mind , it’s like anything you tackle in life. If you are negative, negative attracts. If you are positive that will achieve a positive effect. If you have tear, it will intensify the fear. I have always believed that and the fear prevents me from ever using psychedelics.

Mediums are not talking to loved ones . It’s demons . I’m not saying this to be mean I’m saying it because I have dug into this after having many different experiences. Demons are all around and if you read the Bible it says these things are pagan and that is directly against the Bible . I would suggest you not open yourself up to mediums . There are plenty of ex mediums that will tell you all about it .
