It's kind of funny. CFB Suffield is an Ordinance Range/Base close to Medicine Hat, Alberta. Most of the Bars had/have signs stating “No Brits Allowed.” 😂 Many come and train there.

I absolutely can’t hit play fast enough at 3:30am lol , up now. Luv there 5hr 🙏👑💪

Very cool guest 👍 That tech looks great... So, it will never be available in the despotic US "healthcare" behemoth. It will be made illegal or put into a daily pill. HHS leadership is a disappointment, to be kind.

SAMH

Great interview. Love how the guests always open up about their deeply personal and traumatic experiences in an effort to help others. Still serving but in a different way.

Lydia

Wonderful interview. The "Herc" = C130 -H model. There are two models of the C130, the H model and the J model. J is bigger/ longer can carry more troops and cargo than the H (for context, I'm prior aeromed evac). The way he describes his time in service, training, and his upbringing was incredibly vulnerable, transparent, and moving. It's interesting to see how other countries train their Soldiers, TACP, Airborne, PJs, Marines, etc. And, the bit on neurophysiology was absolute gold.. 😊 Thank you for having him on SRS crew.

Robert Stewart

These interviews are real gifts. It blows my mind how both of these men are so capable physically and are simultaneously entirely thoughtful and good natured. Prayers up for you and blessings to you and your guests.

It's funny how this guy is talking right past Shawn with the Hercules reference, but he probably should have been able to say C130. And forget about aubergines.

Leland(Lee) Keane

Jon's comments about PTSD diagnosis, trauma, and what he describes as the effects of a kinetic lifestyle have on psychology and physiology were very interesting. Great interview as always Shawn.

Seth Moore

I literally can and do listen to Shawn and anyone for hours on end lol. Love this show
