There’s a clear difference between building unity and exploiting division. How do you differ from the political class you come from? And if our institutions are as entrenched and corrupt as many believe, isn’t it rational — even constitutional — for citizens to begin organizing toward systemic revolution? One not of violence, but of structural replacement?

There are a few people as disgusting as Newsome in modern politics and I can’t imagine why anyone would interview him knowing he’s a pathological liar and no matter what he says, he cannot be trusted. I despise Newsom, especially for how he handled the pandemic, heckling small business owners and citizens, all while going out and enjoying a nice dinner unmasked with friends and family. I never know when he is being honest; hell, maybe he is never honest. But you reaching out to interview him is one hell of a milestone. I am highly impressed by how you can put your feelings and opinions aside to interview pretty much anyone. Is there anyone, if you could, who you just cannot bring yourself to interview? Your skills remind me of when I used to work on pedophile cases. The amazing folks I worked with were in complete control of their feelings. After the interrogations I've seen officers go into the bathroom to puke, one state trooper came out of the interrogation room and punched a hole in the wall. I still have nightmares about some of those cases. Anyway, thanks for everything you are doing to inform us and dig to the bottom of things.

I am not going to not listen to this episode (I definitely am not going to sit and look at his smug, conniving face as he talks), but as someone who lived through the shit show he caused - and thank GOD was able to leave the state - who is also a fan of many, many, other podcasters who left the state, this one is going to be tough. I won’t ever stick fingers in my ears and refuse to hear another’s viewpoints, but for those of us who lived through the hellscape he turned that beautiful state into and managed to escape I think I won’t be the only one who will probably want to puke on a few occasions. Patrick Bet David’s podcast usually also has a lot of interesting Cali tidbits; as does Adam Carolla. I hope he asks Gavin, how many of those people whose homes burned can build back as of now, about how many permits are needed to build a home in SF, and why he single-handedly put a moratorium on the death penalty despite the populace’s wishes. If you ever have the opportunity, talk to some of the healthcare workers that refused the vax and listen to what they were put through. I can fill a notebook page from that profession alone with those that either left, or retired as a result of it. I despise this waste of breath and his smug conniving face (opinions of course; we want his cronies with their panties in a wad).

Not sure if I’ll be able to watch this one. I have never heard an interviewer or reporter get him to respond with an answer to anything that has any substance to it, or that he can claim to be true based on what he has said or done in the past. On the contrary. Everything that he says contradicts what he has said or done in the past which confirms his dishonesty or insanity. Hard to know which it is. It also seems impossible to get him to land on anything. I respect you for having balls to have him on and try to get some truth out of him but I imagine it will just be more of the same.

I think it's brilliant, you have exposed him further for the cunning, lying, conniving serpent he truly is to your multitude of viewers. I've never set foot in California always wanted to go see that beautiful state but with he as governor, there is no way on God's green earth will I ever go while he's at Californias helm. Look at the LA riots for just one reason out of a plethora Not to go! I'm truly sorry for the good folks that still live in California.
