Give a traditional stick bow a go. There’s night and day difference. Shooting a trad bow, especially a self made bow, is much less about the technical aspects of the now and more about the technique of the archer.

Love seeing you getting into archery man! There are a slew of great guys with some awesome stories in the traditional archery space that we’re hunting the backwoods of Montana back in the day such as the Wensel brothers and others. They would be a great guest with some awesome stories.

I found bows are very satisfying to shoot. Hearing the arrow hit the target is like music to my ears. Good stress relief without braking the bank and can be done in a normal backyard.
