I would love a to have a list of resources for local LE to have access to largely because there is a lack of interest from my department in what seems like a very remote or not proximate threat. As a 20 something year old, who had been keeping up with all you and Shawn talk about and bring to light. How does there culture impact what and how they operate? How are would I notice them in our current culture? Do they actually fit into our society or are they outline and like to be isolated? Lastly how can I start changing my community to be more long term thinking, I tell my coworkers and bosses about the development and they say “ I have to much to worry about already” I am astonished they are the same generation that went through 9/11 and they have quickly forgotten or enjoy blissful ignorance

Hi Sara, I live in a neighborhood in Fullerton California and I walk my dog all the time. There's a particular house on my block where it looks to be a multi-family consisting of mideastern people. I hardly ever see them and I'm a little concerned. I'm not freaking out but I am watching the activity when there is some such as a group of around 4 adult women getting into one of their cars and driving and stay gone for a long time. Not too unusual. Another time a few months later I was in my kitchen at night and about 5 to 6 cars drove past my house to the house I've been talking about and it was about 12 or so college age guys and girls. Some went into the house but about a third of them were talking out near their cars. About 30 to 50 minutes later they all drove off. Sara thanks for your patience as I explain this so my question is if this house is a sleeper cell situation, is there a way to validate this and who should I notified? Thank you Sara
