Love your podcast. Love the current guest. A though, must must talk about. Be of good courage.

Rhonda

Powerful! Thank you for this ! Charlie’s death has been devastating and it was good to get some eyewitness and real perspective on that day instead of speculation.

Nicole Mancuso

God bless you sir. I pray that your heart is healed and that the world can see your heart on your sleeve. I believe Charlie was a believer and he had discernment. Erika has said that her team is the best and I believe her. My heart hurts for you and I want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you for your service!

Clinton Milusnic

I’ve been watching Shawn for a long time now. This is my first time paying for access to other content. The only reason was to see this interview because this event caused me to leave MAGA and seek the lord only. I have gone deep into hours of content and there’s no doubt this was coordinated. Now I’m like 10 mins in and I’m already feeling like this guy is spittin BS. Please tell me he actually his forthcoming with some truth?

Lisa Murphy

Indeed we do get the leaders we deserve. That’s biblical. I think it’s diabolical that there is a certain individual online that spews lies and hate on a daily basis against Erika Kirk, etc. Thank you Sean for having this conversation with Brian Harpole. What an incredible man! Charlie Kirk is greatly missed!

Tearing up the crime scene is similar to Idaho demolishing the crime scene house before the trial. I'm wondering is it a religious thing? I don't know why but just throwing it out there.

Moravian in PA

this was a fantastic interview. i normally don't subscribe to patreon but i am so tired of the conspiracies and accusations online and getting into "discussions" online trying to defend TPUSA, MAGA and Erika. I feel this removed alot of the questions I had and I hope the YouTubers watch this and apologize to those they hurt. Megyn Kelly is doing a great job on Epstein and Tucker is doing a great job on the kid in PA during Trump rally. Why was everything cleaned up so quickly. I'd like to see answers to that Shawn if there is anyone from the previous administration who would answer it honestly. Don't know. Happy holidays to everyone, stay safe and well.

Shane

Love what you're doing Shawn thank you for ALWAYS seeking TRUTH, Godspeed.

Chris Munk

Did I miss where they talk about the body armor?

Alex

Love you and what you do Shawn. These days it’s hard to believe anyone or anything with AI videos government propaganda etc. just one point I’d like to make. Accountability has been absent for a long time. If we had some and enforced the rules that already exist for our leaders it would be a good start 2:35:00 sorry probably unpopular opinion but the American people, soldiers, and taxpaying citizens ARE better than this. Charlie Kirk being the prime example. Our leaders are corrupt because our system has been corrupted by corporate and foreign influence. The only way it gets fixed is by cleaning house, excising perverse incentives, putting in term limits for the lower level bureaucracy, and making it possible to run for office without millions of dollars (corporate/ foreign backed or otherwise). I reject that closing statement and it pisses me off. Our vote for our leaders is minuscule on an individual level and neither of the options were given reflect what we want, our values, or our best interests. I will not sulk and accept the bullshit we live under. We have elected leaders who can change things that we as ordinary citizens cannot. It is incumbent upon them to make those changes. And in my humble opinion, they should all be given 30 days to get their acts together or face the axe of accountability and get booted out of office. The decisions being made don’t benefit constituents. The founding fathers fought a bloody revolution over a 3% tea tax. Have our balls dropped off. What the fuck? Our leaders need to be held accountable. I will not self flagellate for these colossal lies errors and dereliction of duty. Our leaders have failed. Period. And there are very few who might still deserve to be there. Massey and Paul come to mind. Outside of them I think the vast majority of the rest could be wiped. But to be fair. It should just be everyone. Don’t get me wrong, we should be humble and accept responsibility for our mistakes. But in a fixed system where we elect people to make decisions for 330 million people, when those people fuck up they need to be held accountable not reelected. And those deep in the bureaucracy who have been there for 30 years and are keeping vital national security information from the commander in chief and the public need to be rooted out and the information they’re concealing along with them. Enough is enough. And we’re way past that.

Nick

I don’t think Charlie’s personal security detail was involved. With that said, this guy lost me when he said the Zionist propaganda “they have a right to defend themselves.” Anyone listening to/following Charlie daily could easily see his support for Israel was waning. No longer wanting to support them does not imply he was scared of them or perceived them as a personal threat.

Wendy R

This is bullshit, dudes lies . His body laguage recounting the story goes from deep breathing and uncomfortable language to parts where is clear and concise, which is probably truthful. The Buck stops with him and he’s taking no accountability & none of this is funny. He said he laughs now with Rick, give me a break. This guy has Christchurch religious military stench all over him. Sean should’ve pushed back more on at least 10 different parts of his story you can do that while being respectful boo. Also, are there any citizens who do deep undercover cartel work? Is that real life?

Sam Fisher

Shawn…. You have to follow up on this. I don’t even know where to begin. I loved this interview because I am a Charlie Kirk follower and I believe in his message. But…. From a PSD point of view, this was a clown show. This guy had no idea and no business protecting such a high profile and controversial person. None. There is zero chance that the OR doc found a pulse. Zero. His comment of “3 meters to the right or 10 to the left and he wouldn’t have had a shot” is 43 feet. An amateur shooter could’ve spent 3 seconds on that rooftop and picked that corner of that building. You know this. You truly need to do a follow up. His insistence on “do a FOIA” repeatedly is so telling. A FOIA will provide nothing. It’s an active investigation. This guy is covering his ass. 100%. His “protective detail” was amateurish at best. As an Operator, you know that there are holes in almost every tactic this guy talked about. Here’s the HUGE hole. Nobody was scanning rooftops??? Are you serious? MAJOR news stories about how the President was shot and rooftop surveillance failures, and NOBODY on his team was watching them? Have you confirmed that guys on that detail were actual Operators at some point? Bottom line; this was a total shit show of failures and a glaring example of why you don’t hire cops as Security Professionals for details like this. Don’t get me wrong. I’m an ardent LE supporter, but they’ve spent careers being reactive. I’ve been in my field for 23 years and as much as I love the police and support the police, they suck at actual Security work. Police are largely reactive. They’re stretched too thin to be effectively proactive. I love your show and I love what you do for the community, but this dude is covering. This was a circus of poor tactical decisions and embarrassing explanation of failures.

Blake H

You guys had your mind made up before you listened to the video. So stop acting like you’re Unbiased. This guy makes perfect sense and actually sticks to facts instead of assumptions and conspiracies. I find him perfectly credible. And his security team acted flawlessly for what they are hired to do. They’re not Secret Service. They don’t have special authority on any of the things they needed to stop an event like this. This is the threat all civilian political figures face every time they do an event. They know they’re in danger. They don’t have government assets. The only credible criticism against this guy is that he should have just kept following up with local PD to make sure they were doing their job. It’s easy to say that in hindsight, but that wasn’t his responsibility

Sean Murphy

Oh this man has my prayers him and his team and I’m glad you put them on

Carl Gaglia

Not saying he’s at fault but The supervisor in ME still checks to make sure its covered the day of! IM SORRY BUT THATS THE TRUTH

Sean Murphy

Every armchair Warrior is gonna have their opinion they say they’re two cents. I’m not offering that I’m not stating that but you know what everyone’s pointing fingers at somebody. No one’s getting to the heart of the problem. Was this guy alone wolf or was he put up to it by somebody and we already know that sorros and even radical Islamic are paying left winners to cause problems in the United States. Has anyone bothered asking if somebody pointed the shooter in Charlie’s direction Charlie Kirk was a personal friend of the president president was already on guard for assassination attempts they probably couldn’t get to him so they took a soft target out and they put a cut out a patsy up to it namely a left-wing idiot, but no one‘s bothering to talk about that no one‘s you know brought up that theory

Drew Nichols

Charlie Kirk sucked but he didn't deserve to be shot for it. Whoever it ACTUALLY was should have the full weight of the justice department thrown upon them.

Tim

Did a crime scene just get compromised? The shooter hasn’t even gone to court, does this information interfere with the investigation? Yes, I say investigation because the investigation ends when the fact finding issues are entered before the trial starts, this is still an open investigation. Good interview though, Brian was nervous at the beginning which kind of made me focus on his posture and body language. This just left with more questions though, more information, more questions. Once again, VE brings the goods, I’m just thinking out loud here and trying to look at the whole picture. No rabbit holes here.

Amber Binkley

So if you can have drones up like the video team would’ve used per say, why wasn’t one of those used?

Billy Agr

Brian Harpole failed. Brian, you should not have ASSUMED that the roofs were covered. You cannot rely on a text message, even from the chief of police. You do your job and check. You were not thorough and cautious. Before you let Charlie go out there, you should have sent ONE GUY to look. But no, you assumed. That is a HUGE failure…. on you as much as it is on Deputy Chief Long. YOU are a coward to hide behind him. BOTH OF YOU FAILED….BIG TIME.

Lisa Becker

While I enjoyed this interview and it answered many questions, unfortunately he and his team did fail. BUT they are human and they dont deserve the scrutiny given the lack of assistance from the Chief of the Univ. He is asking the same questions we all are....and we all know we will never get the answers. We know this kid didnt work alone...hell I dont even think he took the shot. The FBI is compromised..although this is still an active investigation, I dont forsee the truth coming anytime soon if at all. Charlie, rest in peace.

Chrystine Johnson

I love and appreciate this interview more than either of you could imagine. 🙏 thank you!

Drake

They did a great job. They did the job and did it well. They expected the others to do the job they had.

Mike

Trolls galore - ignore the "keyboard" warriors.

Kevin Baxter

I love all the folks just ripping this dude. All experts in tactics and executive protection, I’m sure. I’m sure mistakes were made…they most usually are, rarely does anything go 100% as planned. None of us are perfect. That’s why there are after action reports and debriefs. But, admittedly, some mistakes are bigger than others. But, let’s be brutally honest. Public figures are at risk. It is impossible to totally remove any threat without putting them in a plexiglass box. Even then it’s not full proof. One person who makes a decision to do something terrible, and keeps it secret, is very hard to stop.

Jonathan Simmons

Great interview! Seems like Deputy Long has some explaining to do!

Nick Deford

Did I miss where they address how a 30.06 bullet DIDN’T absolutely blow a massive amount of flesh apart? Near the end, he questions the logistics of the moving of the rifle itself from the roof to the stash point. Glad he at least brought that up.

Jeremy Jackson

I usually don't jump in on these types of things but Shawn Ryan is the real deal! I am not impressed with this guy at all. He's protecting something or someone. I would love to hear what Shawn's REAL thoughts are. I am guessing they are not far off from the rest of us.

Dawnne Donovan

Phenomenal interview. Just goes to show anyone can get online and spout opinion and conjecture, but until the full information is released that's all it is. I appreciate the guts and honestly this guy had to get on and share his side of it all. Clearly, he was vested, not just as hired help. All things happen under the authority of God, not one thing happens without it and nothing can prevent what is ordained to occur. God uses all things for His good. Laying blame on those doing everything possible to prevent it, is moot. Put the blame where it belongs, on the one that pulled the trigger.

Josh Wiles

This guy is a liar. I don’t think he wanted to be, but he is. I’m sure he is compromised in the same way Charlie was.

Iabird

After watching Candance Owens today about Brian Harpole meeting with the military days before Charlie Kirk was assinated....is he comprised...
