Here's a quick video on follow through. This is a little bit early as this will be part of the fundamentals series that we are finishing up filming this week.

Remember, the focus of most training is not how fast you re-holster after a drill (which, to me, is kinda like someone demonstrating how fast they can close their pocket knife). Especially if you just engaged a target. I know that doesn't always look the coolest for social media or in the movies but sometimes it's not about what looks cool. Follow through is a good habit to develop.
