Hello Tier II and Tier III,

I hope you are all well!

Got a lot of questions about a low left point of impact. This video on shot anticipation covers what is most likely happening to you during your trigger press. Mastering trigger press and shot anticipation will help you get on target.

Let me know what you think in the comments below.

More videos coming soon.

Cheers!

Very helpful, actually shot this past weekend and had this issue. Thanks!

Very timely. Like Chris, I was at the range yesterday and was low left almost every shot. Thanks for the advice!

Great info, going over pistol 101 with my wife a little later. This will help both of us.

Thanks man, You diagnosed my low left problem perfectly. Incidentally, I just got back from a week long fishing trip along the continental divide in Montana and the Bio Lite camp stove worked great. Peace Out!

How can I send you a video

John

Thanks to your videos and a little help from a work buddy who happens to be a former Army Ranger, I’ve recently been able to overcome the recoil anticipation problem

Wow, never even considered finger placement. Ill work on it starting today at the range. Thanks for your reply and thanks for the training! P.S. Ill be representing VE with my shirt at the range today!

Came on Patreon today after shooting 150 rounds to ask, “why am i shooting low left?” :) glad I searched for the topic first! Appreciate the help Shawn. Follow up question, do you ever compensate by adjusting the sites on your gun, or is that just reinforcing sloppy mechanics? My groups are tight, but low left. Assuming still better to work on moving my groups with the sites where they are at rather then adjusting the sites?

VigilanceElite

I don't like having to drift my sights to compensate. If the gun is consistently grouping off with multiple competent shooters, the sights might need to be adjusted. Keep at it!

What about high left i now know what the left is but why would i be high
