In this VE Discussion we talk about the case the joint video. We are going to do more soft skills in the field videos.

I feel like alot of the points you brought up go back to being observant and reading a room. I guess I take it for granted but 15 years of selling and entertaining clients has me running through the same thought process just for different reasons.

I'd like to see casing a hotel/motel.

I like to think that casing a place is like the layers of an onion. If you’re in a relatively safe, upscale place, then you don’t to worry about exits, and other threats. But in sketchier places, you might want to have your back to the wall, watch the exits, etc.

I made a solo trip from Chicago to Idaho many years ago. After a long day of driving I'd be parched. I would always check the vehicles in the parking lot. A lot full of shitty beaters, not my spot. When I found a place, I'd do a quick scan of what they were drinking and order the same. I'd be cordial, but not friendly and never have more than 2 beers.

This stuff is great Shawn thanks mane! All of this spook stuff is so great! I feel like is should be the guy who just comes out to say that i don't have practical "need" to know how to slip a tail, but man is it FUN to learn about. I'm a fuckin civilian, just a regular guy, no one is following me, and chances are I'll NEVER be in an active shooter situation, but I have a blast learning how to do all this stuff, so keep it coming brotha!

I’m very excited for this series, I believe a hotel would be good place to give us some tips on where and what to look for when searching for bugs on the room, hotel layout, parking, if the hotel has a cassino and etc…

The biggest warning sign of any place you enter is if you see a sketchy guy wearing a Cobra Kai shirt. If you see that you need to get the hell out of dodge ASAP! Even then you may get leg sweeped on the way out!
