So I gotta ask- do y'all like having nice big art pieces for freebies that are finished and shaded or should I tone it down to get more done every month? Simpler drawings but more of them?

Do what is best for you; it is difficult to be creative on-demand

Since they're freebies I think we're happy to be surprised either way. If a particular design really inspires a full piece, I'm not going to feel jilted if mine inspired a simpler sketch. In-betweens like flat colors are also cool!
