I just read "Dreamslinger" by Graci Kim. Chuck Wendig posted about it last year when it was available for pre-order, and I was all "a wizard school in Korea? I AM SO IN". But also, if you were a neurofancy kid who went to a special school to ACT NORMAL, you can relate.

Did you like it? Was it good? Should I read it?! Aaaaaaagh (runs in circles, waves hands wildly)

I definitely would! The book starts out in Texas, where of COURSE people with different abilities are having laws passed against them. The lead Aria is in an experimental home where she learns to "Restrain, maintain, contain". Also, the four house (actually palace) symbols are WAY cooler.
