16th July 2026: Updated tuning for the newest version of my modlibrary, which is now all this mod requires. Please download the new version; the link is in the description. Also added some new objectives so players without the previously required DLCs can play and fixed an issue with the star rating in Plan Holistic Retreat. A big thank you to Mabel Tan for letting me know.

20th April 2026: Fixed a few typos.

6th April 2026: Updated to 32-bit instance IDs for the Royalty & Legacy dlc (prevents dropped careers). You will need to rejoin the career. If your Sim already had the career, a one-time LE may occur on the first load only. Make sure to delete the old version, as the file names have changed.

4th February 2026: Updated for the 2/‌3/‌2026 PC: 1.121.342.1030 / Mac: 1.121.342.1230 patch

13th January 2026: Updated CareerTone tuning for today's patch (Coach update)

Hey everyone! I (finally) have a brand new career for you to play with! This has definitely given me a few headaches fixing annoyances and making it just how I envisioned, but I'm very happy with the result—I really hope you like it!It's a full-time, semi-active career, with 10 levels, countless assignments/tasks, etc. There's a different Daily Task for every single level, and I've created Chance Cards, Adventure Moments, plenty of buffs, and new, immersive interactions.

For those of you (like me) who don’t fancy trekking to Granite Falls every time you need ingredients, I’ve added a custom rabbithole shop: The Green Apothecary! It stocks all the essentials for leveling up your Herbalism Skill and crafting remedies, making things much more convenient. 🌿

If you have Discover University, or my SimU mod, and a Biology degree, you’ll jumpstart your career at Level 4! I’ve set this up as a start-level modifier to avoid conflicts with other creators’ career tuning files, but if you prefer the standard approach, let me know.

I am having problems with this career, I have lot 51 core library, your mod library, spa day and outdoor retreat. My script files are not in folders. My problem is i don't have the computer or phone options to do the work from home stuff. The only computer options I have under career is to write a blog. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hi! It’s definitely working, so double check your installation. Are any of your folders zipped? Take all your mods out, and just run it with this career and the dependencies and let me know what happens! I just wanted to say thank you for this amazing mod!! It's incredible and hands down one of my favorite careers. I usually don't even give my sims basic careers (just investments, businesses and selling homes, books, and art) and I love gardening/basemental/yoga and all that jazz, so this was right up my alley! And all the little features, it's perfect, thank you again 💞💞

Hi! I'm having an issue where my sims return to being unemployed as soon as it's time for work or when I try to do daily tasks. I have both Lot 51's Core Library and your Mod Library installed and updated to the latest versions. Is there something else I might be missing? Thank you

Hi manda, sounds like you have a conflicting mod. One mod that is outdated and known to cause issues with custom careers is Turbodriver's Unlimited Jobs Mod. Do you have that? If not, send me a few screenshots of your mods folder (just gameplay mods) and I'll see if I can spot any possible culprits!

hey! Thank you for this mod. I;m just having issues with my retreat rating, its not going up no matter how many times I plan a holistic retreat, I also cannot check my rating as it does not give anything when I click check my star rating

Hi, if you check the objective text, it explains what to do. (Under Computer → Career → <b>Browse Test-Worthy Products</b>. Once it's delivered don't sell it; you'll be asked to give a <b>Product Review</b> in another assignment.)

your log is telling me i have outdated versions of this and the literary publicist career, but i just replaced them before loading in and still says the same thing.

Hi, you probably still have old versions installed. Search your mods folder for “midnitetech” and ensure you don’t have any versions that include “semiactive” or “classic”

I'm currently working on a translation for your mod. Unfortunately, the frequent use of the & symbol causes the Sims 4 Translator to encounter errors when sending the text to DeepL, which causes the batch processing to stop. It would be great if you could replace the & symbols with a regular “and” in the future.

Hi, I don't support or recommend AI translations, I'm afraid. There's too much room for error. All I can offer is that you run a find and replace in the json, and replace & with and before you translate.

I understand that you don't support translations generated solely by AI. I myself don't like these translations when they're simply copied word for word. I use the DeepL API, which does a pretty good job to start with, AND then I go through everything again and correct the parts that sound off. That's actually quite a lot of work, especially when translating into German, where there are so many possessive forms for nouns. Translating everything manually is really too much given the volume. But thanks anyway for your feedback, I’ll find a solution.
