Newbie Vs Veteran | FM24 HEAD2HEAD CHALLENGE

I challenged my good friend Heidi to a best out of 3 Head2Head battle on Football Manager 2024. Heidi have never played FM before, I on the other hand have played CM/FM for 30 years. Will this difference in experience make a difference? We both "drafted" out teams by using the in-game editor. Heidi drafted her team first, then i drafted mine.
