Look nice, the 3D is looking good. I know the protag is probably not the focus but I do hope we get something that look less like paper mache in the final version.

So that's something I'm conflicted about. The final game is a RPG where you get a wide variety of player appearances, and I don't have the time/energy to render all the different variations. The compromise is a hentai-esque white silhouette.
