Stay healthy bro 🥰🥳

Totally feel you! i dont believe too much in horoscopes but I do know us geminis are known for being very curious about many different things. We like to try a lot of things at least once and once we get really into something we go HARD but overtime we get "bored" and need to try something new. Thats how i am with hobbies. I have so many different supplies because I keep trying new things 😂 As far as kpop for me its definitely becoming an age thing. Obviously theres nothing wrong with enjoying new groups music but as far as "stanning" them I just can't. Their debut age is getting closer to my oldest sons age 😅 and with K-dramas I'm very picky now too. I used to watch everything that comes out but not anymore. I do have kinda switched to C-Dramas because their costume dramas are amazing. Really into dating korean and chinese dating shows as well haha. Whatever you do I'll be here to support. Health and family comes first!

Glad that your health scare isn't anything that can't be managed. I just stopped by to hear that part because you got me worried. Everything else doesn't matter - film whatever you want whenever you want really, I'll watch as always. Take care <3

I apologize in advance, but this is going to be a lengthy comment, so make sure to bring a sandwich or something. I had to dip back in February because my wife was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, so I had to prioritize spending time with and taking care of her. She finally passed about three weeks ago, and she's in a better place now and no longer suffering. Anyways, enough about me, just wanted to give you a heads up as to why I've been radio silent for the past nine months. now on to what I really came here to say... I've said this several times that your health is the most important thing, so it's perfectly fine to prioritize yourself when you need to, so no worries about the content "drought." I have so much to catch up on that I won't even notice in the short term. With regard to content, you should be true to yourself and try not to overthink everything. If you love watching and and reacting to to certain content, then absolutely do it! If you aren't feeling it, then watch/react to something else. I can guarantee you that whatever you decide you want to do in that direction, there will be an audience for it. Many of us here (myself included) really just enjoy the vibes that you bring to your videos, and that's why we keep coming back every month. I'm sure it's hard to bring the vibes when you are watching content that you're not interested in or not feeling it for whatever reason. It's okay to not be okay... ummmm, I mean, it's okay to not be interested in content that is really popular. It's also okay to go through phases where you're more interested in reacting to certain content (such as anime) and less interested in reacting to other content (like K-pop variety content). Like you said, we all go through phases, and it's okay to tailor your video schedule to prioritize content that you want to react to, because at the end of the day, if you're not feeling it, you're doing yourself a disservice. Life's too short to try to please everyone all the time, and sometimes you just gotta do you. I will say, that I am really looking forward to you getting back into more K-Pop variety content, but on YOUR time schedule hahaha... I love your other content too (I'm here for it all). As far as K-Dramas go, I totally get it about you being picky about what interests you, and that's okay too. Don't try to force yourself to sdo a thing that doesn't really interest you, just wait for the right one to come along (you'll know it when you see it). I don't know where you got the idea that people don't like watching old K-Dramas. I personally love going back and watching older K-Dramas that I've previously watched (What's Wrong With Secretary Kim?, Business Proposal, and Mr. Queen are some that are on constant rotation lol). Also, keep in mind that when it comes to K-Pop and K-Dramas, everyone is on their own journey. I am sure there are a lot of people out there just starting their experience and they may not have necessarily seen those older shows, but would be interested in doing so. One of the suggestions I have for you to help manage others' expectations with regard to watching "new" K-Dramas. When you add those to the schedule, put some tag on there, like [TRIAL] or something, just to let people know that you're not committing to watching the whole series... that way if you watch the first episode and you're not feeling it, well, you let everyone know up front that it was a trial, and that particular show didn't pass lol. You could even make a series around trialing content or something like that, where you watch the first episode of a show, and if you end up really liking it, then you can move that show into it's own rotation (which also helps the viewers to differentiate whether or not a show has passed the initial screening phase). I am really looking forward to the end of year music shows. DO NOT SKIP CHRISTMAS WITH YOUR FAMILY TO WATCH THE SBS ONE. Trust me when I say that you never know how much time you will have left (hopefully many years to come!), and you will never regret spending more time with your loved ones. I can guarantee you that the universe will not end because we had one fewer music show to watch lol. One last suggestion I have for watching shows with longer episodes. Maybe break them into two parts? I don't mean watch/record the whole show then release it in two parts, but make a conscious effort to watch/record half of the show in one session, and the second part in the next session. If an episode is 90 minutes, then watch the first 45 minutes (until you get to a good stopping point, like a scene change or what not, then pick the episode/reaction back up at that point). Okay, that's it for me. I apologize again for the length of this comment and also for the fact that there is not a 2x option for reading speed hahaha...

Holy crap! Wall of text... TL;DR: You do you! We got your back hahaha

Hahaha facts Jana! Yeah the multiple hobbies / interests is as much a 'syndrome' as 'K-Syndrome' like MAMA called it! lmao. I'm really glad actually to hear as well that it's not just a 'me thing' as well, man, so thanks a lot for sharing your perspective as well! Yeah I think the age thing plays on me a bit as well. Like I'm not meaning to say like "if you're this age or up, K-Pop can't be for you anymore!" and I've really tried to actually set myself apart from that sentiment in general, but I do feel like at least compared to when I started the channel, I just don't feel that same like 'enthusiasm' I guess you could call it? Or moreso the need to feel like I have to be on top of absolutely everything. And I foudn the more I forced it, the more my interest receded so it became tough haha. But that's awesome to know you found some fresh vibes in C-dramas and other stuff as well! And the Korean / Chinese dating shows are so much fun. I used to watch one Chinese one called "If You Are The One" back in the day, but I don't know if it's still around now haha. Thanks always for the love, Jana! Appreciate you heaps man! ❤️

LKTV (Lok)

Hahaha love you heaps Sunny! Thanks man. I did a great job of catastrophizing the ever-living fuck out of the news I got and nose-diving into the abyss about all the things it could become, but I think things will be alright, and like you said, it's nothing that can't be managed. It came, I think, as part of a much bigger period of me 'waking up' I'll say, to what I need to do better for myself just in order to be happy. Thanks so much for the love and kindness always, and I hope you're always taking care as well ❤️

I can imagine the anxiety! One step at a time though... and it will be okay, with all the life changes. Love you too, and I'm here whenever you need me.

First of all with the health situation I’m glad you’re good regardless of everything you said that’s the most important thing. We’ve talked about it in the streams this year but I’ve been up and down with K-pop anime and kdramas not because I dislike them all of sudden but whether it was my health , family stuff, finishing uni or just being invested in other things my interest has gone down but they’ve brought me so much joy and allowed me to find amazing communities like this one that they’ll still have a place in my life. I’ve been starting to learn Korean and Japanese recently so anime and kdramas and even variety may make a return to help me with that process. At the end of the day just do what’s best for you and your balance of life if you wanna miss the sbs gayos to spend time with you fam on Christmas you should and you know we’ll support and back whatever decisions you make when it comes to content. Glad you shared all of this with us.

Man, first off: thank you so much for this really long but very thoughtful comment, and I want to say how sorry I am to hear about your wife. I'm glad that she is no longer suffering, and I'm sending strength and love your way always, brother! I'm glad to see you back! On everything you said, I really just want to say thanks once again, man. You've always been a great support and don't mince words either, so I really feel the sincerity behind them. I've definitely stepped out of the grind mindsets and have started to leave behind a lot of the expectations that I used to put on myself. I think you said everything perfectly, and I think your suggestion is a good one, too! Marking something as a test or a trial is a nice idea because if it continues then that's great, but if it doesn't then no expectations have been set. Also agree with what you're getting at with splitting longer episodes! It might be worth trying and I'll keep it in mind. Thanks, man! I'll be having Christmas with the family for sure (though I have no idea what it all looks like yet), but the intention is to just black that day out and spend time, and we can check out the stuff we want to after the fact the next day. Like you said, the world won't end! Thanks so much for the love and the support always, man, and again, I'm sending love and strength your way. Take care of yourself, man!

You've always been a great help and support, man! Thanks so much for the love always, and I'm so lucky to have you guys around to share my passions with. You all make it so much better, and I never take it for granted. Thanks again, man! :')
