Three in a week? We're being spoiled out here aha. Yes, I love how Stefan and Caroline are interacting atm, especially compared to last season when she was just crushing on him and being awkwardly shut down. Also love what they're doing with the Lockwood plot. Tyler was kind of one dimensional last season and generally unlikeable, so I appreciate getting more depth and room to grow for him

I love your reactions to tvd. I thought you wouldn't continue with season 2. Even though your tvd reactions test my temper everytime because we have vastly different opinions on characters, I anticipate them. 1. I think bonnie is friends with stefan or has collaborative response towards him because his nature and compassion. Before team Damon attack me I also agree that Damon has gratitude and compassion too but just for limited person. 2. Elena has higher moral standards than anyone in the main cast. Yes she can be a hypocritical due to this but I feel that she would behave the same if stefan did something wrong. When in season 1 stefan was stealing blood and lying she held him accountable and helped him. Same thing with Damon he was hurting and she wanted to help him and asked if he was fine. 3. I don't believe that Elena and Damon can actually work as a couple even in season 1 and 2 as I feel Damon just as a person or character who strings characters like stefan, Elena and viewers along by giving them hope that he will change. As an example I will give your reactions to him in s1 finale you objected to Damon kissing Elena and said you understood why he wanted to kiss her and couldn't stop himself in ep 22, he couldn't reject katerine in s2 ep 1 and when He didn't get what he so he went to Elena. You called him out rightfully but two episodes later you aren't happy that they aren't together. He tries to kiss her and then kills her brother then lies knowing about the ring in the car and only admits to it latter because he wants something in return that being Elena's friendship. neither Elena, Bonnie or Caroline would accept his friendship in this scenario and they have different personalities. As mentioned the problem here is Damon's moral dilemma which I admit makes him a better character to follow and root for because the show makes you believe that small glimpses could be so much better after his character growth is achieved in latter seasons. 4. I don't believe that Stefan is just looking out for Caroline because she is Elena's friend. He tries to be as morally human as possible even with strangers. It may come cross has boring but as responsible. Damon comes across as reckless and impulsive but he has great humour and personally funny and entertaining personality that you want better for that character. Thats why damon and Elena ship agenda has never worked for me as one will change the other. Along with you I also enjoy stefan and Caroline's dynamic. Due to this flaw in Damon's writing he never recovered for me after s1 as he had the biggest development in s1 and other characters weren't that interesting.
