my dad brought aurora over the second we knew we could have her visit. theo’s doing great, he’s a healthy happy little baby who’s about to meet one of the most important people in his life, his big sister. i already had a talk with rora about using her library voice and making sure she handles him as gently as a baby bunny. she’s thoroughly prepared, now the only thing left is excitement and curiosity. you’re feeling worlds better, still a bit of pain from the c-section but you’re much more mobile today. your doctor wants you here one more night for observation but it looks like tomorrow we’re all going home as a family. before that though, we do need to have a little family reunion today.
