i texted you that we needed to talk about something somewhat serious when you got home. i probably should have worded that better. you come home a bit worried but honestly it isn’t serious like that. when you burst through the bedroom door you immediately realize what i meant. curled on my chest is the tiniest black kitten you’ve ever seen. so when i was coming home from work i saw this little guy on the side of the road and there was no way i was going to just leave him there. i know you wanted to talk about us getting a pet and you didn’t want it to be a spur-of-the-moment thing, but what was i supposed to do, leave him there? you fall in love with the little guy as quickly as i did. the only question now is what are we going to name him?
