Maybe a little tmi, but this might help someone else 💛 As someone who’s cycle hasn’t exactly been regular, I’ve taken my fair share of pregnancy tests after scares in the past (thankfully all negative, as hoped). I swear some months I had to take one to make it start. 😂🙈🤷‍♀️ “Taking a pregnancy test” when you absolutely do not want to be pregnant is terrifying. So I would always say, old loud and in my head, “I have to pee on a stick” because it sounds ridiculous, a little funny, and a lot less scary. It made it easier, for me, to think of it that way. It made it seem less scary, less impossible. Don’t think about everything all at once, just one step at a time. You can do it that way. 💛 I also recommend buying and keeping a pregnancy test at home if you’re sexually active. Buying a pregnancy test can be scary, and you don’t need to worry about getting to a store and buying a pregnancy test if you’re already worried about being pregnant. It’s so much all at once, especially if it’s your first scare. Having one in your bathroom for whenever you need it makes things a whole lot easier, more manageable, and less scary. 💛 Hope that might help someone else 💛💛

Also, be safe, protect yourself, and if you think that you might need it, take the Morning After pill as soon as possible. It can make you sick, and mess with your cycle for a few months, but if you're worried, the peace of mind alone is worth it. 💛 You can also get it significantly cheaper at Costco, apparently, even if you don't have a Costco membership! 💛

I remember when I had started eating alot of baked potatoes for some strange reason and the partner I was with at the time asked why I was so tired, I didn't know. I told one of my coworkers and they said why don't you take a pregnancy test.I was so scared .but when the results came in which happened after half hour of the blank test trembling in my hands at the store I was so relieved to know.it is more stressful to not do it than it is to,even though I know it's scary.and having a good comforting partner like k is hard to find and that's why these audios are such a supportive blessing to anyone who is alone when these times arise.its like a nice virtual friendly hug so thanks k! More audios like this is what is needed and hits the feel good spots:)
