…. You quite literally have perfect timing. This week was a lot. Had a good week but eventually it gets to me and I start to shut down if I don’t properly recharge. I also needed something like this at this moment because Im in bed thinking about how it’s gonna be my birthday but it’s just gonna be like any other day. Never really felt special enough to celebrate. And then the tears started but this audio helped stop them and made me feel better. imma just make it my own day and just watch movies/tv shows and just chill and hide. I just need comfort honestly. I’ll be okay tho 🤍

What helped me survive and get back on track mentally was actually surprisingly the thought that my birthday in fact is just like any other ordinary day, nothing special, what’s so special about it. Now I’m always like „Oh look it’s my birthday. Yeah, whatever, gonna run some errands and prepare dinner.” It is just a regular day, you’re just older 👧🏻
