Setting manually discord roles (Patreon)

I have to manually set your patreon & superPatreon roles for discord if you're eligible to these.

So if you don't see it on discord, don't hesitate to put a message on #ifscl channel in discord server so I can add your role ;)

Thanks and long live game creation!
