I love Ushijima's dad. He obviously loves volleyball but he didn't force his son to do it. He wishes Wakatoshi would play and enjoy it like he does but it's ok if he didn't. I also love that Wakatoshi didn't want to be like his dad, but he wants to be like the player his dad admires. And he showed that when his team is cornered, they can rely on him to bail them out, just like the ace in his dad's team. It's funny that Tendou said Hinata is creepy when he's just as creepy, if not more, lol! He reminds me of the Shinigami in Death Note the first time I saw him. He's like a monster. He's designed like a character in a horror story, not a comedy sports anime. He loves breaking spirits, like, he'll drink their tears, lol! (But then, other middle blockers like Aone and even our very own Tsukki loves breaking spirits too. They love provoking the players on the opposite team and enjoy their frustrations, specially the hitters. Maya, do you love breaking spirits too? Lol!) But outside of the court, they're just regular kids (even the 40 year old man Wakatoshi, lol). Haikyuu is very good at showing that the "villains" are just the heroes on the other side. And our "heroes" are villains of the other side as well.

Hey I'm back and I get to catch up on a lot of stuff. Looks like y'all been busy! I know you were probably messing around, but just in case, when you said Daichi was macking, that was him recruiting Shimizu to be manager. Also, TBH I'm a little sad YZ didn't ask who Narita was this episode :) Great reaction, hyped to get into those last 3!
