And I know that specifically means 350 years; but there's no other term I can find for 350, and I don't know the Latin word for 'episode'.

Kanye is just showing obvious bi-polar consequences of stopping the medication and he never got over his mom passing. Yeah it's kind of fucked up but some of these comments are horrendous and I can't believe anybody would wish anything bad on another human. We're supposed to stick together and help each other.

So I hate to be that person but weather modification isn't that crazy of an idea though the guy in your featured story is definitely batshit. I didn't know about this till a few years ago when I was working on some archival collections but the US government in the 1950s and 1960s was really into the idea of weather modification and hoped to use it against Russia to cause draughts and the like. While they did eventually find ways to make it rain, it was unreliable and they couldn't control things to the extent the government wanted. Bernard Vonnegut, Kurt Vonnegut's brother, worked on the project and discovered that silver iodide could be used to seed clouds to cause rain and snow. While there was a method that could cause an event, they couldn't really control it due to air currents and the like. Not sure if you all knew about this but I thought I would share it since it's some fun trivia if nothing else.

OKay, let's start with reading comprehension, but that aside.. you started it, if you don't like it, go complain on twitter, or hey, how about email Kanya, tell him you're king and to go back on his meds? But this is easier, it involves no effort except being another board troll. As someone who has counseled men who have killed their partners, and processed the death certs of women and kids killed because their partners found "god" and the people had to be honor killed? Yeah, I know my shit. Supermax behavioral counselor of several men who have followed exact similar bullshit patterns. Defend him if you just love his music, but experience calls it like I see it. I hope I'm wrong, but unless this is your work area, you don't know. Also, nuts is ableist, so your whole thing about getting him the help he needs, might start with cleaning your own house there, bro.
