I tried the German version and it doesn't seem to be a machine translation? I was wondering if you have someone who's fluent on the team? :)

HiZe Interactive

Yeah we have someone fluent in german! Also one of our community is doing the french translation now! We're trying to make them good but in some languages it's very hard without someone who speaks the language or can even read the letters.

RebelliousRam

That's cool. Especially if the community is willing to help. How do you go about proofreading, seems like a complicated process for languages that you guys don't speak. You have no way of knowing if the translation of other people is accurate, other than to collect feedback from native speakers, I guess? I'm perfectly fine with English, if the translation spreads you guys too thin. I would completely understand when you focus on only one language. But I can't speak for everyone, of course. More options are always nice. I thought it was really refreshing to read a AVN in my mother's tongue. It felt natural how the characters spoke to each other, kinda "salopp", in a casual manner. I could feel the human touch of the translation, some warmth and authenticity that you can't get from a machine translation. I appreciate the extra effort that goes into this. :)
