I believe it is about a man who wants more in his life, like money, power, fame. He becomes a hostile person because of this, wanting to get more in his life despite already having people who care for him. The line “best wishes to the free man” is evidence to people caring for him, only wanting best wishes to him, and the line “he knows not what he has” being evidence to him not even knowing what he already has or just not appreciating what he has. I however don’t really know what the visuals could mean

The singing collection of teeth has the appearance of a Rorschach test. The headgear appears to be for electroconvulsive therapy. Considering Jack's use of recurring metaphors, I think I'll need to figure out what metaphor teeth are. I will have to revisit this video once I come to understand what teeth mean in his other songs and cartoons. Let me know if any of you have an idea! I'd love to find out what this one means.

not sure what teeth mean in general, but in Shattered Molars, its speculated that it's arguing about whether to pull the plug on someone. probably a related issue here.
