Issues with PC :( (Patreon)

 Heys guys, bad news theses last days I'm passing for issues with my pc, I've spent so much time trying so hard to solve it,  I backed up my  files and change my it back to factory settings,  but now for some reason I'm faceing some error, and can't run or even reinstall the softwares back >.<.,  I watched some videos, actually alot of them searching for any solution but so far nothing seems to work me...  That's it, just to inform you all about the situation..   I do hope I can soon.
