NGMajora

Yeah I'm thinking it's Juri time

BoostCrisis

Himiko Toga from MHA! We need a real aheagao up in here 😎

Dark Desires

Rikku from the Final Fantasy X/X-2, finally living her dream of having "lots of kids"

ISH29

Blake Belladonna from RWBY. Could see her in a faunus hot moment asking for a baby. Plus being part animal gives opportunity for a bigger belly, at most up to quint size. Lastly could have her with long or short hair. Of course when this happens added bonus for belly rubs and preggo sex.

Alan Slykes

Gotta toss in Tifa, since the Remake will be coming next month and you know that's the real after story of her and Cloud

Zaceria

I’d like to nominate Best girl of 2019; Raphtalia from Rise Of the Shield Hero to be “in heat!” for the first time. Like Ochaco I imagine she’d be both sexy and cute as she tries to understand her “fever”. :)

TheKman

Going with Cordelia from Fire Emblem Awakening. After meeting her children from the future, she can't wait any longer. Maybe her breasts grow in size from the pregnancy.

Zaceria

Also anyone else having their “likes/hearts” on comments keep disappearing? If so it may be best to support your favourite suggestions with a comment instead for the moment.

Zaceria

+ 1 Vote from me

Zaceria

+1 but only if she dominating :D

Zaceria

+1 for pregnant pussy :3

HentaiisGodly

Lopunny from Pokemon wouldn't be too bad

Tom Titov

Sypha Belnades from Castlevania. It will give you the opportunity to do another accent and her pregnancy would allow you to have her shed her robes to reveal a gigantic belly

Xylon Lionheart

The picture you used really makes me want to see Gardevoir again, haha!
