The beginning really threw me for a loop - if I picked up the book to read I would have no idea where I was, esp. as the first book ends with Bauphette being mad about the contract, so the beginning of this book seemed like it was where Bauphette was making sure the contract was fulfilled - I had to read it a few times to figure out what was going on. But on the other side, Lauren in the last panel is fantastic :D

Just read my print copy of Volume 1 this morning & loved it! So much so I immediately ordered a replacement copy when my &%$^#*@ cat threw up on it an hour later. I have the worst luck with your books. Had to replace all my volumes of Sunstone after Hurricane Michael water damaged them, now this. From now on they're going into a damn vault after I read them!
