Some changes to the rewards and commissions (Patreon)

Commissions: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zOwJLeoWNI66TPmGwJQMn9RrzZ7SPKfW5mmisdgY7P8

I made some changes to the base price of image/animation commissions including the rewards for Diamond Tier and Grand Master Tier.

The Change of Patreon rewards are going to take effect starting next month so if you are a member of these tier these month, you can still benefit from the previous rewards.
