Hey Sir BN, i would like a small clarification about the Brainiac production, you had mentioned in a comment that it also helps with androgen receptors in the brain but i dont see that mentioned on the production information in gumroad. I know this sounds ridiculous since it does all theese other extraordinary things but i mention this because i saw in a recent yt video that excessive adult content consumption can shrink androgen receptors in the brain. I know there is a separate production for this specific thing but i was thinking it would be nice if Brainiac includes this as well. Thanks again for your invaluable work !!!

Good question and keen eye. Nothing has changed; Brainiac benefits androgen receptor activity in the brain. Regardless, it's drawn to general benefits in the official description to avoid confusion and connotation with Androgenic Mindset or Unshakeable, as did the trailer in the comment. The effect on AR signaling is mediated through brain homeostasis and other mechanisms that benefit brain receptors. Brainiac does not directly modulate AR activity (or expression) relative to the listed receptors and genes, does not cause brain masculinization, gets complemented by AR sensitizers, and is unisex.

1 hour in case of high glycemic index. In low glycemic index, 2 hours. From 30g. It's not the absolute maximum, but the best range considering the efficacy-safety ratio. If you're over 25, you can increase it to 5x daily. It's comparable to 3IU in the GH-IGF-1 ratio: >300 ng/ml IGF-1 in adult males, and a ~25% increase in non-deficient users undergoing a growth spurt, more in case of deficiency. Peak in the 3rd week. Thx for your reply! Damn, 3IU huh? Firstly that would cost a fortune if you had to buy that so this is really a steal and that is putting it lightly. $100 for 3IU for the rest of your life is insane! And secondly it's crazy that this is side effect free, only thing I experienced in the beginning was feeling tired after waking up but I came from a dysregulated circadian rhythm with lower quality sleep so I figured it was just my body catching up. This makes my sleep DEEP. Now I don't feel the tiredness anymore. Btw, why is using this right before a carbohydrate rich meal no problem but using it after is, does it work that fast?

This is a similar dose-response relationship to testosterone frequencies. Physically, it's just cheaper to synthesize testosterone than HGH.
