Game Design brain: for the extra live gauntlet to make sense, it would have to be not mean hard, unless Ozone was hoping the Jingle drug would coax us into failure. Now human Ozone might've planned this ahead, and while Boogies don't lie, I can see them omitting details. But, basically, this makes sense as an 'exam' of sanity. Follow what worked before, etc. Unless that's the point, but that feels counter to how they work. Would also align with Cassandra getting an 'exam' apparently. But, let's get to real analysis.

TBH I would be sad if we don't have to make at least one decision by judging the light spilling in from the window. Then again, that's goofy and game-y, which so far hasn't been the hugest factor. On the other hand, these guys do look like they're goofy video game traps. Symmetrical area, the nice pattern. THE SMOOCH IN THE MIDDLE!!! Or snoot boop. I will not complain nor judge. BUT OZONE. I BETTER GET TO SEE IT >:V THE BOOGIE BOOP! Also, adding a vent as a lure makes no sense unless this was built 5 minutes ago. So in that case, it's something the architects wanted us to think about. "Why would i link this hallway to itself 10 feet away" a question of the arts. PS: Ya having fun there, Jingle? Waving your arms, making silly faces. PPS: Left eye of the far one, looks so derpy with the light on it. "Hey guys I'm trying my best I don't even have FEET or HANDS" Never stopped the Boogie Ball though. Also that would explain how it intends to stretch without any legs even appearing yet. Hovering snake, spooky. Very video games. Ain't got money for legs.

If it makes you feel any better, Ozone, I didn't find the map all that confusing. It takes a moment, but I was more confused on the forest walk I went on yesterday, where I apparently had turned 90 degrees more than I expected, which was quite disorienting! (I walked onto a straight path I thought I was parallel too!)
