Btw, are the glowing circles on the tester indicative of anything? I joined late and only browsed through the prior images, but glowing bits seemed relatively rare, and she only has them on her ankles. We're not about to get power-jumped, are we?

No no, Taejaga is just asking about the glowing parts on the boogie. And yes it is pretty common to see. Boogies have poor vision and it helps them see one another. At least that's what we know so far.
