Lottie Tucker

Antonio Fargus is an actor, along with Pam Grier who use to be in blaxsploitation films back in the 1970's. A pioneering film genre. Pam Grier usually played a sexy detective that went undercover as a prostitute lol. She's also known as Sheba Baby. Antonio played her drug addicted brother in one of the films. The late great Tamara Dobson was another one. She played a character called Cleopatra Jones.

The Guy in the Barber shop/Theater Owner is Whitman Mayo who played Grady on Sandford and Son. And Coolio was 59 when he passed.

Kevin Pierce

Antonio Fargas who was going up against Jerome plays Doc on Everybody Hates Chris. That's why he looks familiar.

Yo Mama

It’s interesting seeing how some people on here ended up on Everybody Hates Chris years later. Of course there’s Tichina Arnold, but there was also Jeris Poindexter (Kill Moves) and Antonio Fargas (Doc).

J.D.

Not going to lie, I'd do the same thing to Pam Grier if I was Jerome.

Really dude, you’re just gonna throw out a spoiler like it’s nothing?

LB

I thought Coolio was 52 when he passed but google says he was 59 y/o. He would have been in middle school when this episode aired if he was actually 42 Ash, lol.

075 Drippy

2:45 - the new show that Tichina Arnold a.k.a Pam is in is called The Neighborhood and Cedric the Entertainer is her husband in the show, 7 seasons, since 2018. its actually a pretty good and funny show from the like 2 dozen episodes ive just caught on TV, you guys should watch that it could be a decent series on your patreon now that im thinking about it, but its is pretty new still like i said 2018 but it could def be a good show to watch

Virgil George

"I kicked the car door open and then I'll step down to ya" will always be my favorite Jerome in this episode😂 Ja'Net DuBois is a legend from Good Times and she also played Shawn & Marlon's grandma on The Wayans Bros. Sadly she passed away in 2020.

CJ Mays

The first group that performed before y’all saw Coolio was OutKast when they was up and coming

Jay On-AIR

Should start Wayan Bros Wednesday 🔥🔥

Antony Guyton

I jumped up a tier so I could watch this early with you guys!!! This is one of my favorite episodes EVER!!!! A 70's Blaxploitation throwback starring ROMEY ROME!!!!

Jerome is honestly my FAVORITE character now 🤣 Thank you so much Antony for the support. It means a lot and really does support the channel 🙏-M@ & Ash

Anthony Turner

Does make me feel kinda old when I look back and see how young OutKast was. But ya know, I wouldn't switch being young in those days with being young now for nothing. There's cool stuff now but, We lived in the BEST era. ✊🏾🍿

Kaa

the man in the barbershop is Chris's boss in "Everybody hates Chris"

Pat Williams

I feel like I was watching an episode of black dynamite , all they needed was chocolate giddy-up 😂

Antony Guyton

For further blaxploitation references: Antonio Fargas and Pam Grier starred together mainly in her lead role "Foxy Brown", Rudy Rae Moore is famously known as one of the innovators of Hip Hop with film character Dolemite from the self titled movie and its sequel "The Human Tornado". Dick Anthony Williams was the co-star/antagonist Pretty Tony in the movie "The Mack" starring Max Julien and Richard Pryor. JaNet DuBois was the co-star of the black 70's hit sitcom "Good Times" as it's main characters chatty next door neighbor "Wilona" she also sung lead vocals for the theme song to "The Jeffersons"
