The windows version keeps crashing when I either click new game or after a few seconds after hitting continue. Any advice?

Check your antivirus settings. If AV blocks permission of the game to change save files - the game crashes

I've downloaded the game but every time I click on it it won't open nothing happens, I've even extracted all the files and still nothing.
