Woohoo! Everything's going as planned! (Patreon)

A very warm welcome to David. So awesome to have you join us. Even though the past week has had a couple of surprises and I had 1½ day less to write than anticipated, I managed to hit my writing goal. This means that we have likely reached the halfway mark of book 3. I aim to finish the first draft in about 5 weeks, with 4 weeks for editing afterwards.

Working title is The Chronicler Bard (subject to whims) and the first two chapters will be up in a bit. Should be adding chapters during the week to come as well, when I find the time.

I've been chatting with my cover artist too. Not only does he believe that he should have the first detailed sketch of the cover image for book 3, we've also agreed that we need some additional art for the next book. For now, we're discussing adding charcoal or water color sketches of some of the beasts in the book - but I'm open to suggestions and ideas. :-)
