Aside from Wind Waker/Twilight Princess Remasters, what are some older Nintendo exclusive games (first or third party) you would like to see remastered, remade, or rebooted for the Switch 2?

Steady Goblin Wood

Not a big Monster Hunter guy but stories 3 looked a lot more my speed. Any thoughts or opinions you could share on the series would be appreciated, I don't hear it mentioned much.

Freakjob

Is the new Katamari the only exciting part of the Direct? Nothing else really stands out - we already knew about Final Fantasy Tactics. Also, as a non-FPS player, can we expect Battlefield 6 to innovate on the formula in some way?

Cameron Ehteshami

Monster Hunter Wilds was the best selling MH game in its launch month at 10 Million copies. That dropped down to only .5 Million in the second month. Capcom referred to the sales as "soft". I found comparisons of the last 3 Monster Hunter Games Sales: MH World: Launch: 6m 1st quarter: 2m 2nd quarter: 2m 3rd and 4th quarter: 2m MH Rise: Launch: 4m 1st quarter: 2m 2nd quarter: 2m 3rd and 4th quarter: 2m Wilds: Launch: 10m 1st quarter: 0.5m I wanted to see if the team thought there was anything in particular contributing to the massive drop off: performance, gameplay loop, something else? Or is it just a victim of its own success. After you sell 10 million copies, there aren't a ton more to sell at full price?

How excited is Marty for a new Katamari? Also should I just erase Hollow Knight Silksong from my brain until a release date is announced?

LookItsChefEric

Do you think the lack of even a hint of an Earthbound remake is due to Itoi having retired from game development? Also Silksong is real, as I've been yelling on Reddit, they switched engines to do a simultaneous multi platform release and shadow drops, excuse the clown makeup on my collar

Blackmage

I thought there would be more news for the fall/ winter after GTA announced it's 2026 release year, but i feel like most news has just been layoffs or dry. What do you think the holiday season might look like, or what would you like to see?

Jeffrey

Everyone it seems has had a lovely vacation at second wind. How do you make sure you are taking a break when playing video games is your job?

Inverse Skies

Super excite bike from the satellaview!

Inverse Skies

I don’t have anything too specific to ask this week. I hope the show goes well.

Nosk

What did you think of Kojima saying he underwent training to learn lots of different ways of killing people, and his disapproval of modern military game devs not knowing how to reload or fire a real gun?

bluemage27034

Does anybody at second wind have a switch 2 camera? They look awful and I'm curious

Mr.and.Mrs.Monarch

Best summer beer I've ever had- Dogfish Head breweries Sea Quench.
