Fun times, and I agree with most of these. Although, I'd have probably ranked Mario, Isabelle, and the mushroom princess trio higher. In the case of the princesses, they're not necessarily bourgeoisie in their fantasy trappings, and let's be honest, boring or not, they were *designed* to be smashable, they're practically the litmus test. In the case of Isabelle, big anime "Moe" energy, Nintendo knew what they were doing. And in the case of Mario, I think you overlooked how he's perhaps the most chronically friend zoned character in gaming history. He had one ex-girlfriend and she was just retconned! You really think he's overconfident in love after that?

Super smashable S+ Tier content. I mostly agree with this list. Biggest discrepancies are I think Ridley should be lower and Snake and Rosalina should be higher. I'd love to see a Marty reacts companion piece to this as I feel he'd have some interesting thoughts.
