What’s been Marty’s favorite final fantasy so far in his replays? 9 deserves its own retrospective

Inverse Skies

No specific questions, but welcome back to KC and hope the stream goes well. PS DK does NOT count as “unspecified Mario 3d platformer”. Nice try Marty.

Just here to cast my vote that BK Bananaland fulfils the spirit of Marty's "untitled Mario 3d platformer" draft. I would have to check the tape, but I believe he even referenced it as a follow-up to Mario Odyssey.

Marty - if you could pick elements (e.g. story, battle system, art style, setting) from any FF game how would you craft the ultimate FF?

Freakjob

Congratulations on the wedding, KC! Marty, I play a lot of Final Fantasy 14, but I've never played any of the others and want to get all the references. Which would be your recommendations from each era; pixel, 3D, and modern? I hear it's 6, 9, and FF7 remake.

Far Too Many Frogs

does this mean Marty's gonna write the next Wishlist episode?

Steady Goblin Wood

Donkey Kong should count for Marty. Unless you guys are scared he'll catch up.

Jason Ferro

The only question I have is for Nick, is Battlefield BACK?

Simon Lane's Luscious Toesies

If you could change out one game on your lists for something coming out this year but perhaps yoi forgot about, what would it be?

Juicy Jeff

Hey guys, really enjoyed the 'Smash or Pass' video! I think Snake's sultry smokers voice should have earned him a higher spot. I would have loved to hear Marty's inclusion on some of those arguments and how his tier list would pan out. Great stuff!

OhItsWren

With Silksong noticeably absent from the indie world showcase today, do you think it's still on track for a full 2025 release? Or if it does release this year will it be a timed XBox/Gamepass exclusive?

TooManySpreadsheets

Congratulations on the wedding, KC! Hope you and yours had a wonderful celebration! Re: indies, the next two months look stacked. My personal list includes: Strange Jigsaws and Is This Seat Taken today; Echoes of the End, Sword of the Sea, Morbid Metal, Altheia, The Knightling, and Void/Breaker later this month; Hirogami, Hell is Us, Strange Antiquities, Consume Me in Sept. There's really something for everyone's tastes, especially for weirdos like me that like variety.

Thoughts on the cancellation of Contraband by Avalanche Studios?

AnewArtist

Anyone on the crew have thoughts or opinions on the Nintendo Playtest game? Ive enjoyed my time with it as a neat event thing, but not sure I would pay for it normally. But I am not normally into this kind of game.
