I can’t think of clever questions at 4am after the baby has woken me up, I’ll have to get back to you! (Spoiler, he won’t think of anything clever even when he’s up for his day normally and had plenty of coffee).

Hey guys, ResE9 is coming tomorrow. I have never played any of the ResE games, and at this point I don't know where to start. What would you say are the best entry points?

Far Too Many Frogs

Have you two heard about Stop Killing Games' plan to start NGOs in Europe and the US? Apparently, the group I'm a part of now's trying to partner up with them.

Dread Pirate Mittens

In the hit 1993 film Demolition Man, how do you think the 3 seashells worked?

Jeffrey

What's your favorite anime openings, now that Nick isn't here to spoil the party?

Mopman43

I’ve seen at least one dev concerned that Nextfest is kinda useless for indie devs at this point- they are getting way less attention than previous years. Apparently there’s 4,000 different demos that were released as part of Nextfest? Do you have any concerns about where the Indie market is heading?

A Winged Potato

What is your favorite second screen or whatever accompaniment to video games? Specific TV show rewatches, podcasts, sports?

Macrieum

The new xbox CEO coming from an Ai division of Microslop is highly concerning. I've installed Linux and slowly am making the move to it. I'll vote with my wallet with things I believe are good or seem to have good intentions. I.e adding the Warlock to Diablo 2. But after the success of HiFi Rush and Microslop closing Tango down, nothing is safe.

Steady Goblin Wood

If given the opportunity what game(s) would you have wiped from your memory so you could experience them for the first time again? If you mention games I havent played I'm gonna try them. Also, do you guys know what happened to the "A Plague Tale" series? I haven't heard anything for a while.

Tucker Labs

Random questions, how did you all get into this profession? Being paid to talk sounds like a dream job, I literally LOVE talking. Probably too much. Secondly, what are the hobbies you use to break up a day of gaming? I've found if I play all day I usually get burnt out around afternoon, gotta leave the house, get some exercise, possibly even do some work if I can manage to be productive.

I know Microsoft is bigger than just Xbox but they’re currently valued at $2.9 trillion. What’s the point of having all that money if they’re tightening the purse strings on Xbox? Why was it cool for them to lose money before (OG Xbox and 360) but not now?

Insomnia Inc

Who even owns the wing commander series anymore? Am I taking crazy pills hoping for any sort of a revival of that series? Keep up the awesome work

ergotpoisoning

Would a Vagrant Story remake with loadouts so you don't have to fuck around in menus for 10 mins before each fight be the best game of all time? There is a correct answer here (Marty I am counting on you)

Lil' Cass (CJ)

Do you think that the shake-up with Xbox will help make it better or worse?

Lil' Cass (CJ)

How do you think video games like No Man's Sky, Warframe, and Brawlhalla have been affecting the gaming industry?

Jono H

Just a thought after the latest Windbreakers podcast: an under-appreciated factor behind the XBone's failure was it's graphical inferiority to the PS4. The first two XBOXs were each the most powerful console of their generation. Microsoft trashed their rep by letting that slide. Also, Halo 5's misfire after the promise of a new trilogy with Halo 4 really didn't help. As someone who has had an XBOX each generation, it's sad to see the long decline continue.

TooManySpreadsheets

What's a topic in the gaming *discourse* that you wish would just go to bed already? Personally, I've had my fill of arguments over genre definitions (what counts as a JRPG, open world, etc).

Inverse Skies

I just want to know what the most expensive or rarest game you own is. (My CIB US Chrono trigger would be mine). (See told you it wouldn’t be a clever question).

LookItsChefEric

This depends almost entirely on their AI implementation, it's a matter of time before they sustain damage to the bottom line, public opinion and ecosystem corruption, my question to you experts is how long will that take?

Snakeinthegarden

Shout out to stardew valley 10th HBD announcement today, is Marty gonna finally stream it :) (I do think it's not a Marty game and he'd find it boring)

Snakeinthegarden

Most importantly, when do we think the steam machine will come out? I need my indies to come to switch sooner if not!

Shane Z

The whole Xbox thing has been kind of depressing for years. I was in 7th grade when the original Xbox came out and The first time I saw Halo I was sold. I grew up playing Halo Lan parties with friends all through high school. Those who are younger and never got to experience those days don't know what they missed. I miss it. I remember going to the Halo 3 launch party in my town and it was so much fun. Not long after that began the missteps. It has been a slow starting slide, but it feels like it's about to go completely over the edge. I suppose I am predicting Microsoft just publishing from here on out, And what happens to my sweet baby Halo... I don't even want to venture to guess.

Shane Z

Something I have often wondered, you all have a pretty big following. Marty I've listened every podcast you were on for over a decade which just seems crazy. Do you all ever get recognized just out in public? It's funny to think that I would probably be more starstruck meeting some of you guys then some well-known celebrity.

KingRaptor28

Is the God of War Trilogy Remake likely to be Playstation exclusive or come to PC as well?

Joshua M

New York announced yesterday that they'll suing Valve for Lootbox-related gambling charges. Could be an interesting case to follow in the future, especially since it feels like the waves of lootbox legislation has been quiet for a while now.

Andrew White-Winter

When we re-purchase games we already own on different platforms, what do you think is the biggest reason? Ease of accessibility? Updated graphics or quality of life? Or chasing that sweet sweet sense of nostalgia and joy the game gave us the first time?

LaboratoryManiac

The future of Xbox looks bleak from here, but I'll always treasure their heyday in the Xbox 360 era. 1 vs 100 Live was a game so far ahead of its time that its time still hasn't come yet. I played those live shows religiously and won a couple of Arcade games to show for it. I had hoped it would have ushered in a new genre of live game show games with actual prize support, but unfortunately that never manifested.

Altrus

What are your favorite burger toppings? Always looking for more good combos.

Shen Doodles

How the hell did you beat Outer Wilds in two days?! It took me weeks!
