Kinda surprised you didn't bring up Metaphor: ReFantazio when it came to the themes of "Democracy in a Fantasy Setting"

“Strength is an unabashed fascist” Well, at least they’re a surprisingly nice fascist.

Fully Ramblomatic emo-progressive rock track of the week: The Audible Breaking Of That Child's Heart by Ephemerality Of Glory (from their album Deported From The Land Of My Childhood Dreams)

You gotta work on those Spoiler Warnings and giving them a bit more breathing room! Listening to this with soapy dish hands would not have given me the time to stop the video if I had cared about the spoiler. Bring back the walrus rollercoaster if you must! I actively avoid FR's for games I might play because I assume they will be spoiled, which is a shame since I love Yahtz' writing. Just some feedback, keep up the good work!

Mixing up Disco Elysium with Planescape: Torment actually is more logical than it seems, given DE has been called a spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment from the start. Particularly as having a scarred and grizzled amnesiac protagonist who gradually rediscovers his skills and personality traits based on various phases of his life, and spends a fair amount of the game following up on his actions from before he lost his memory.
